A car-hop with a drive-up.
They occasionally close the South car-hop area. This is when they get overly busy and it prevents cars from backing out into the drive-up.
The coupons are always honored. They have a mobile app that will send coupons by SMS.
Ask for whatever you need; extra mustard, napkins, straws and they will bring your requested items.
The food has always been correct. It is always as presented, not over or undercooked. They say you get 5 of something, you will get 5.
They take payment through credit, debit, and cash. I am unsure about apple-pay. You can pay through the machine with a card or in person
The receipt will be stapled to your bag and if you stay to eat, a small tray will be put in a window with your order. It will be taken away when you want to leave. At any point you can ask for more if you run out. Most condiments are free.
The staff has always been friendly, even when they have been under staffed, and the lines moves quickly.
If you forget something through the drive-up, if you find space, you can ask at the car-hop to get whatever the missing item and they get to cars fairly quickly..
The location is as child-friendly as your vehicle and the music is always your favorite. Or at least it's what's on your radio.
It's a good place to sit and each while you watch a rainstorm or if want relax for a bit.
There is a large variety of soft drinks.
The food tends to be a decent sized collection of items, given the size of the location. Most of the food is fried. The food is tasty enough and would suggest the corn dogs.
Always ask about the specials. They almost always have something, even if you don't have the app. They will honor shared promotions, coupons, and forwarded SMS messages.
I would give a 5 star review if the selections were healthier and or other changes that are out of the control of the Staff.
I do not believe they have a public restroom. There is no ADA parking as no one goes indoors except Staff.

Read moreUPDATE: Just want to update that we received a phone call from the location the next day and they offered their sincere apology and offered to replace our meal. We are interested in testing the mobile ordering again and will update after our next visit.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food place. I'm mobile order ticket #399, placed at 6pm. When I arrived at the location, I checked in at stall#16 and it showed my name. I waited 25 minutes and nothing. Finally pressed the red button to talk to someone, only to have them tell me that they can't find my order. They had to come out to look at my phone in order to find it in their system. We were told that their manager is aware of it and will take care of it. Waited for another 20 minutes, had to use the red button again to get someone else, who had no idea that we were waiting. Finally he brings our food out, along with the receipt that was printed AT 6pm! And guess what, the food was cold (burger was cold, tater tots were cold, corn dog was cold. Chicken sandwich lukewarm)! They refused to give us a new (warm) burger. By the time we took our food and left, 55 minutes had passed. Mobile order ahead was supposed to save us time, instead, it cost us time and money (running the car in this hot weather). If this was a sit-down restaurant we would have left already, unfortunately you already had our money so we had to wait. WORST...

We waited a while in line for our food which was fine but seemed a bit unreasonable for the amount of food we ordered. We asked for tomato on our chicken sandwich (which also had VERY wilted lettuce, hardly any Mayo and Pickles) which they forgot, usually that's fine it's no big deal but to be charged 50¢ extra to not receive the thing is a bit ridiculous. They also forgot the ranch included in the Jalapeño bites, no big deal normally, but it just adds onto the whole experience . And the food in general was just not very good for the $30 we spent on it, definitely not worth it.
The only thing I'd ever go back to sonic for is the cherry limeade, and even that's a stretch because of how overpriced everything on...
