My fiancé and I have been coming here semi regularly since we moved to the area. Over the last year, their quality has SEVERELY plummeted. We have came here multiple times in the last few months all at different times of day, and we haven’t gotten a SINGLE correct order out of any of those times. Specifically last time we arrived, our friend ordered a sweet tea, and they gave him a mango drink, and they didn’t give him any cheese on his cheeseburger. My younger sister ordered a plain cheeseburger with pickles, they gave her a cheeseburger with no pickles and smothered in ketchup. We asked for two orders of spicy nuggets and they gave us three orders of regular nuggets instead, and didn’t give us fries. We also asked for a large burger meal and they gave us a small. They did all this even after they asked us to double check our order THREE times. It was simple and concise, and they had no reason to mess it up that bad. Not a single thing we asked for was correct. This has happened multiple times, I don’t want to come to this restaurant ever again. The staff is all very young, and they don’t listen or pay attention to what you ask for, nor do they clearly care. There was also a manager a few months ago that was sitting out in the lobby talking to a man, instead of helping the only other young girl that was there at the time. The young girl was so over loaded with work, trying to clean and serve us at the same time as well as a line of others, and he manager had the audacity to be rude and snappy at the girl, and not help at all. The girl was two seconds late giving us a cup and got yelled at by the woman, when it literally wasn’t an issue whatsoever. We felt horrible for the girl and it made our evening sad. Read moreMy last experience here was so bad I don't know where to start. The kid who took my order didn't know how to use the Point of Sale register. I told him I wanted extra onion on the burger and he couldn't figure out how to do it. Finally, he gave up and said he'd just tell the people in the back to do it. He immediately forgot and went on to package up some fries. Later when I checked my receipt to see who he was the receipt said Sabrina. I don't think this young man''s name was Sabrina. I wonder if the kid was actually an employee. The food was really bad. The burgers weren't fresh. The edges of the patties were dried out and dark brown. The fries were lukewarm. When I went to the Coke dispenser all of the flavorings were out except one. There are at least 8 flavorings so that's a lot of stuff to be out of. There was something wrong with the ventilation. When I left I smelled like a deep fryer. Good thing I was almost home so I could change. The tables and floor were dirty. I expect that from McDonald's but not Wendy's. Bottom line....this Wendy's site is out of control. This is a management issue from top to bottom. I understand that all businesses have off days but this is something entirely different. Someone who gives a $#!+ needs to get involved and clean up their act. Last, I see that there are plenty of recent one star reviews about this site with corporate responding that they'll bring it to the attention of the store's management. Well, corporate folks. I did an online order & went in to pick-up. I had ordered that NEW "Blueberry & Pomegranate Lemonade" & was SUPER EXCITED to try it, as Blueberry ANDDD Pomegranate are TWO of my FAVORITE flavors (fruits). Jamie and I started chatting, & she told me about the online "Wendy's Gang" chat she's in, & how THEY suggested to try the NEW FLAVOR in a Vanilla Frosty😳 I said, "ooooooh SNAP, I bet THAT tastes A-MAZ-ING 😋🥰" Jamie told me IT DID, & tasted similar to a fruit Sundae or a Smoothie😋
I was traveling in this area from Cleveland to see a Client, so I excused myself to use the restroom while my order was being made. (The restrooms were IMMACULATELY CLEAN & COMPLETELY stocked up by the way!!!😁🙌👏 Which due to traveling for my job a lot, is SO REFRESHING & AWESOME to find!!! THANKS Jamie & Team Wendy's Gang!!!🙏).
When I returned to the counter, Jamie had a tiny kid's cup (maybe?) of VANILLA FROSTY, WITH a little of the BLUEBERRY & POMEGRANATE syrup poured over it!!!😳🥰😋🙌❣ Jamie said, "You HAVE to try this!!" It was ABSOLUTELY A-MAZ-ING & AWESOME 😋❣🥰🙌 It literally MADE my day! Jamie taking that little extra step of KINDNESS & doing something ABOVE & OVER BOARD was JUST what I needed❣😊😁 Don't get me WRONG, the Vanilla, Blueberry & Pomegranate frosty was BOMBBBB, & I told Jamie, "Wendy's REALLY REALLY REALLY NEEDS to put THISSSS on the menu!!!"😳😋
