Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sayreville

my order was ridiculous. The thing that frustrates me the most is if someone would have read my order they would have gotten it right or Maybe my order would have been hot. So long story short it may sound stupid but on top of it being cold my sauces were not correct It’s one thing to have a cold order but you have the wrong sauces is like clearly insulting. When I spoke to the manager he assured me it would not take long to have my sauces delivered correctly well almost an hour later ... my sauce was delivered 😒

Hello. Today I placed My order at 445pm today. The dominos app alerted me my driver was on the way around 5pm I called the store at 537pm to see where my order was the employee said the driver still had 2 other deliveries and then the driver would get to me. Which was a bit upsetting considering pizza can only stay warm for so long before it’s gross and chicken can only taste so good once it’s cold. I finally received my order around 6pm …. Needless to say my order was cold. I asked for light cheese on my pizza definitely drenched in cheese. My pizza wouldn’t even hold because it was so heavy and this is not the first time this has happen. It’s like this location doesn’t believe in light cheese. My wings were cold and soggy. And not for nothing but my cinnamon twist barely had any cinnamon on them. I will say they finally got my sauces correct. Unfortunately I can’t eat sauce for dinner. This was a waste of 30$ and food. Will have to find something else to order in this area because clearly this dominos is not...

every time i order from this place they always send me stale burnt cookie brownies. i called and they decided to switch it out for me so i wait another hour or so for it. when i received them they were even worse. stale & hard. i called the store and the manager is going to act as if she doesn’t know why it keeps coming out like that. so she offers a discount for my next order as if i’m going to order from this place again. so i ask for a refund for just the cookie brownies and she tells me she can’t or she’ll give me the whole order for free which i understand because i did order cinnamon twist and @ 2 liter soda. (i paid with cash btw) but still i want my refund for the cookie brownies because there should be no reason as to why i’m receiving old stale food. then we are arguing and i bring up the police then she decides to send the driver back to give me my refund and then she calls me back saying they won’t be delivering to my address again , which is totally fine because i already told her i’m not buying from this place again and i’m most definitely going to let everybody else know in sayreville not to purchase...

What a bad experience. I ordered two pan pizzas with the same sauce and different toppings. One of the pizzas had very little sauce, and when I told the manager, she insisted that both pizzas looked the same, even though I showed her the difference in sauce on both pizzas. I requested they remake the pizza with less sauce and asked her to put the second pizza in a back so it could stay warmer. She snatched the pizza box from my hand and practically threw it on the warmer. I mentioned her attitude, and she accused me of treating her this way because of her race. I apologized if she felt that way, but the pizzas were not the same.

The second pizza they made was also not good and fully uncooked. See the picture. At checkout, another employee, informed by the manager, also gave me attitude because she had spoken to him about what happened. I plan to bring this to headquarters due to the racist comment and the behavior I experienced. I will involve my lawyer, as this has become an issue of discrimination. I am sure they have cameras for proof so will find out who made...
