Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Scappoose

So I'd take starbucks burnt coffee over the service we just received at dutch bros in scappoose wow!!!!! So we pull up there is an employee talking to car full of girls oddly parked halfway thew the drive thew for starters when we pulled up behind them they took there time to stop talking the employee returned inside you'd think to work but the car pulled forwards and the great conversation they must have been having continued the employee finally made the cars drinks witch was only two handed them out .....and this is were it got really annoying they talked soooooo long we pulled off all we wanted was an ice water for our sick son who was on his way to the hospital and a coffee this kid working there is making you guys look really bad dutch bros I would retrain him asap let him know he's there to make coffee not pick up girls he's about 5"10 tan/ light skinned, curly hair , dark facial hair and glasses we came thew on 11/27/2017 about 7:00 pm we sadly will NEVER be back to...

This place has really gone downhill. The wait time is ridiculously long, prices are too high for the quality of drinks, and the kids working are too busy talking to eachother than interracting with the customers. Friendly faces and greetings were what made me a loyal patron since it opened.

I waited in line for over 10 minutes with 1 car ahead of me and the guy at the window barely apologized. When I got my drink it was luke warm. If I hadn't already paid I would have gotten out of line. I was willing to write that off as an anomaly but it was the exact same situation the very next time I went through but with a longer wait time! Last time I visited I was double charged for a drink I didn't even receive. This was all in a 2 week span with a different...

As of March 30th 2018 I will no longer go to the Scappoose Location there is a new employee or one that I have not seen before and she is giving free coffee to people that she thinks are cute and the people that are supposedly not cute in her eyes once they pay for their coffee she yells that they are fat or ugly this is not good for business and this is not good for people selfesteem. If a manager or owner sees this posting I would hope that you will fire this employee .
