This was our second time coming here. First time we came the customer service was not great and while the employees were goofing off behind the counter we waited a very long time for our pizza. We decided not to come back until today it's not that the pizza wasn't good it's the customer service. So today we thought we would give it another try. I called over the phone ordered my pizza and the girl taking the order had a very rude and condescending tone . It's not what she said it was the way she said it. For a small town I would expect that customer service would be very important. They said 25 minutes so my husband went because I dont want to deal with someone being rude to me for no reason especially on my first mothers day. When he got there the pizza was not ready even though it had been 25 minutes. Then 15 minutes later when it finally was ready they informed my husband that there was no fresh sliced tomatoes for the pizza even though it was a main topping. Something that we would expect would have been told to us over the phone before we purchased a giant pizza. Read moreJake H was amazing. This was our first time coming as we visited Halloweentown in St. Helens and just needed something to eat on the way home. Food tasted pretty darn good. What stood out tho was I ordered a pizza and Jake didn’t write it down or it was missed. I politely declined having it made as my wife and sons meals were already presented and I had good appetizer and full salad anyways. Unbeknownst to me Jake took $8 off the tab and also had the pizza made for me in a to go box. This is the type of service that is missing in so many restaurants now a days and I greatly appreciate Jake taking those steps to make sure I was satisfied even tho I was adamant about not worrying about it. A simple mistake on a to go order on her(the managers) part could have been an easy fix, but instead she accused me of lying about the mistake and trying to rip them off. I had to drive back to the restaurant to prove it was made incorrectly, which it was completely wrong. She is not only the most unprofessional manager I've ever seen but all around horrible customer service representative. I've got 17 years experience in the hospitality industry. Every part of her interaction and handling of this situation was handled wrong. Termination should be immediate. She is a horrible example of a manager.
