Sushiro Ramen Cafe — Restaurant in Scappoose

I've been too a lot of sushi places and I know enough about the curing process of sushi grade fish to know that either the quality was poor or they did not cure it at all because the salmon and tuna that we got were very dull in color and bland in taste (to compare similar to fred meyer sushi). The quality of the ingredients for the ramen are very low grade as well especially compared to how much you're being charged it's not worth the money. The lady at the front was extremely nice and helpful when we had questions about the menu but unfortunately you have to bus your own Table after you're done which wouldn't be a problem but there's only one dish tub station in the restaurant space is very small and compact. Overall if you're looking for decent Sushi I recommend Miyako...

Unexpectedly AMAZING!

Can only comment on what we had, but we'll be back for sure to try more! I had the sashimi (half salmon half tuna) and it ranks as one of the best I've had. Both fish were tender, consistent in texture and most flavorful!! And fairly priced ;-) My sweetheart had the salmon poke bowl, which was heavy on yummy veggies and also had the delectable salmon. Given her raves, I suspect it too was among her most favorite.

It was dinner time on a Friday night and these folks were in overdrive. Not much seating but their takeout business was rocking. No fewer than five back orders at any time, so plan accordingly.
