MOGAMOR — Local services in Scappoose

Whilst I understand this is a small business, I’ve been a patron for years and I want to support small businesses in my local community, I’ve bought many games and movies with my friends and by myself, however my last experience there left me unsettled and upset. I had bought a triple game pack with three that were to come with it, full price of a new game, which I didn’t have a problem with. When I eventually got to opening it, the case only came with one game. Confused, I went right back over when I got the chance a week later. I immediately asked what the return policy was, which they didn’t tell me. They also refused that they sold a used game at full price (which they did) and that it didn’t have he other two games in it. They began raising there voices at me and treating me with little respect acting like I lied about the whole ordeal just because I didn’t have a receipt, they then told me that the policy on returns has been the same, but the never told me the policy when I asked. I wish i had been treated with more consideration and respect, and if that’s what you want while supporting small businesses you won’t find it here. Don't let one employee keep you from this store! This store has great prices! Most employees will greet you kindly and know how to get kids hyped on this hobby. I had come in every day for over a week and bought almost every single under 10$ in their case, but then one employee would not trade for any single less than $30. Left me feeling some type of way and I know people in the community are looking for destine rivals' singles $10. I had been looking for a store to start doing business at but have a bad experience every time with one employee who seems miserable. I drove an hour to go to another shop and was treated so much better they got all my business and traded everything I had. If you are looking for "vintage" sealed this is a great location. Hopefully the person that is not excited to be there can find there calling and something that fulfills them. The store is missing out on huge revenue because of the posture of a single major...

The store itself is cool, they have a lot of things I enjoyed, and the lady working there was very nice, but the "sealed" boxes were really suspicious. I bought a Pokemon TCG tin that didn't quite look factory sealed but I brushed it off. When I opened it, first pack looked bent and used. It included 5 packs but only 2 were apart of the expansion series the tin's theme was, and the other 3 were different expansions. I haven't bought a pack in a long time, so I could be overthinking but it didn't really feel right. I didn't get any good pulls whatsoever and each one had 1 holo and 1 holo pattern. It felt very tampered with and planned out. I know it's very common for sellers to tamper with packs and reseal them. I don't think I'll buy cards from a small business again. It feels...
