Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

Never had an issue with the food, always great & warm. I honestly would have left a 5 star rating but the delivery man that always delivers my pizza left me so uneasy and slightly afraid the last couple of times he came to my apartment. He is an older man late 40’s early 50’s Caucasian, tall, wavy brown hair, big eyes and psychopathic smile. Anyway he’s been our delivery man 4 or 5 times, first few times my husband answered and no issues. Last couple of times i was alone and answered the door I noticed as soon as I opened the door he scanned my apartment. First time he did this I didn’t think anything of it until he gave me my food and tried stepping in to talk and compliment my little one. That’s where I drew the line and politely gave him the look like “Get away from my door or I’m calling the cops”. You’re probably thinking I was being paranoid but his body language and persistence to stay was so intrusive and creepy. The last time he delivered again he stepped foot inside of my apartment and scanned the room attempting to get my toddlers attention as I blocked him in the entrance with my foot. This time I was holding my infant in my right hand and was keeping the door open with my left. He took special interest in my kids saying how cute they were and trying to get my toddlers attention. Then he offered to step in and put the food on my table since I was holding my baby but I said “NO that’s alright” and he insisted and made contact with me and seemed slightly bothered that I declined his offer that’s when I let the door rest on my back grabbed my food and handed it to my toddler and shut the door in his face. Dude just gave me the creeps. I have never ever in the many years ordering take out have had a delivery man be so invasive and creepy. I don’t think I’ll be making any takeout orders from your location anymore since I get the same delivery man every single time I order. And for those ordering from this location make sure your children are adequatly dressed when answering your door (I know toddlers/babies lounge around in diapers/underwear when home).

P.s I hope delivery dude doesn’t read this and come...

Wish I could leave negative stars, but sadly can’t. The worst customer service I have ever received, called to let them know they made my pizza with bacon which after eating a slice was horrified as a vegan. When the man answered he was beyond rude and not only did he not apologize but decided to start an argument with me. When I drove all the way back to pick up my correct pizza not a word was said but my pizza box was tossed onto the counter, well lo and behold it was wrong yet again. Not a word was spoken but it went back in the oven and then when finished was tossed onto the counter again with zero words or apologies. There was also another unsatisfied customer waiting for her incorrect order and a man was arguing with another obviously unhappy customer on the phone. When I got home and went to eat it I noticed there was now a few pieces of sausage on it! Never again will I come back to this location and in fact will be letting others know not to come here either. Get your act...

Ordered from the Schaumburg, IL store from SC using my app tonight. The driver calls and asks me where in the hotel the room is. Long story short I called my fiancee and blew up on him for not being able to find the delivery driver, Rick. Now I have found out the Rick didn't bother to get out of the car and go inside the hotel to ask where the room was or to even have them contact the room and have him come down to the lobby. From my understanding the hotel is within a mile and a half of this store. So you are telling me that deliveries aren't common to this hotel? WhY on earth would a delivery guy NOT get out of his car to ask the front desk for help? That would have been my first thought. Also would have saved him time since he "wasted" so much of it driving around the parking lot trying to see a room number from outside the dang building. Luckily I do not live anywhere near this location and will NEVER have to deal with the pure...
