Phoday Vietnamese cuisine is a must-try for anyone looking to embark on a culinary adventure. As a foodie that has traveled multiple times to the south east of Asia, I found myself blown away by the freshness and flavors of the food, and the exceptional service that Vince and Thu provided.
Upon ordering, I was impressed by how promptly my order was delivered, and the attention to detail that went into ensuring that my dining experience was nothing less than superb. But it wasn't just the efficient service that stood out – Thu, the chef, even came out and took the time to explain how to prepare a special mixture of three sauces, enhancing my appreciation of the dish even further.
To top it all off, Vince and Thu made my dining experience truly remarkable. They were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of. In fact, Vince went out of his way to prepare a free sample of both Jazmin milk tea and an avocado coffee that were simply out of this world.
I would happily drive for 45 minutes one way just to experience the delectable flavors and impeccable service at Phoday Vietnamese cuisine again. With a five-star rating for the food, service, and overall experience, I can confidently recommend their selection of exciting flavors of boba tea and the amazing avocado coffee that will be opening soon within Phoday.
In conclusion, Phoday Vietnamese cuisine is an exceptional restaurant that is definitely worth a visit. From the delicious food to the attentive service, it was a wonderful experience that left me eager to return for more. If you are looking for a culinary journey that combines Vietnamese flavors with exceptional service, then Phoday Vietnamese cuisine is the...
Read moreThey are still use the third-party delivery service that actually doesn't have drivers they use DoorDash and other services to cover the delivery so they can steal the tip that actually belongs to the driver The tip is the biggest part of the order because the services only pay the driver is only 2.75 to 3 $ a delivery so they're stealing money out of the drivers pocket that doesn't belong to them anyways the customer tips, the driver, not the company and they recommend to use them instead of DoorDash or Uber, where the driver gets all the tip it's just not right !!! I will advise everybody that I know not to patronize this establishment and also will tell other drivers not to pick up here because they use a company that steals the tips and yes you can do something about it don't use their service. Yes you can do something about it not use the company I have contacted DoorDash but if you still use the company you're allowing them to do it it has nothing to do with DoorDash but use their drivers under false pretenses. Because the fooling probably with a bogus name to get DoorDash to deliver also and using their website to deliver their food and your food and the reason you use it is because they don't charge as much and that's the reason why because they're stealing the tip from the driver. So I will always write a bad review until the service is gone from your business cause it's not right. Also go to contact the better business bureau and states attorney office to see if anything you'll be done with this company is doing is not legal. I cannot support a business that allows...
Read moreA recent visit of Phoday reconfirmed that it is now my favorite Vietnamese pho restaurant in town.
One of the standout features of Phoday's pho is its 'northen style' deep umami-flavored broth. Unlike some other places, the broth here strikes a perfect balance, as it doesn't overpower the flavors with excessive sweetness from onions and vegetables. It showcases the essence of the broth, allowing you to savor the robust umami notes. As to the meat cuts, I find the combination of the crunchy flank and tender brisket are my favorites. While I typically enjoy tripe in my pho, it wasn't available at Phoday. However, the quality of the meat they offer and the outstanding soup flavor more than made up for it. The noodles are also cooked to perfection, striking a good balance between tenderness and a slight chew. Every bite was a heavenly experience, which made me want more.
Aside from the pho, Phoday offers a range of delectable side dishes. The fried eggrolls are tasty with the crispy exterior and delicious fillings. However, the real star of the show is the fried butter wings. The moment they arrived at my table, the irresistible aroma of fried garlic and onion grabbed my attention. These wings were a true marvel, with their perfectly crunchy skin and moist, tender meat. The seasonings were just right, allowing the natural flavors of butter and chicken to shine through.
If you're a fan of pho or simply looking for an outstanding Vietnamese restaurant, I highly recommend paying a...
