Updated Review 5/25/25 This DD always has fresh hot coffee no matter what time of day you go! The service is fast and friendly and they always make sure your order is correct. My toasted almond coffee with cream/no sugar is always consistent and tastes perfect every time!

We love their egg & cheese croissant sandwich. It is the best here as they always toast the croissant where other DD’s don’t. They always gave a large variety of donuts, muffins & bagels.

The donuts & bagels are fresh in the morning and they put a generous amount of cream cheese on. We love this DD location too because the morning guy and gal are so personable and serve you well! I went in this morning and my coffee was made perfect. Nice and cool inside with plenty of places to sit. Nice friendly crew, fast service and hot brewed coffee! —————— Service was nice and the order was fast. When I went in I asked for cream NO SUGAR. As I drove my coffee tasted different. I looked on the label and it had 2 cream, 2 sugar. I had to throw it out after I got to my destination as I can’t have sugar! There was no time for me to go back!

This location used to be soo good and they always had the orders precise. Now, new owner? (Not sure?) New employees and it’s just not the same as it was before. I’ll still go here as it’s convenient and coffee is always fresh and hot but I’ll be sure to check labels and taste the coffee...

For the record: I have been bringing my family here for 8+ years, always enjoyed the coffee and ice cream, I even left 5x star reviews before. Well, we went there today to get iced coffee and ice cream as we usually do, just to be greeted by a rude and what seemed very inexperienced employee. First, he tried to send us to another register. Then he took my wife's order and gave me a total without asking if we wanted anything else. He repeated everything we said at least three times, as if he was on drugs or didn't understand English. To make things worse, he made my medium iced coffee with literally a solid chunk of old ice, where I couldn't even insert a straw or mix the cream with coffee. When I mentioned it to him, he took my drink away and started pouring it to another cup, spilling all over his hands, which made him look even more sloppy and unprofessional, and simply gross. I lost my desire to have that drink, as well as all of my respect for the place (why couldn't he make a fresh drink, it takes seconds after all). My 16 year old daughter went in to order a coffee today around 11am, she waited over 15 minutes before she got her basic on menu drink. I watched multiple people go in and walk out with drinks while I waited in the car. After over 10 minutes went by I went in to make sure everything was going ok. She said she already ordered she was waiting for her drink but they keep taking other orders and making other people’s drinks ahead of me. Both my daughter and I work/worked in restaurants we know how this works. They decided to make the adults drinks first and put her off to the side. No one said anything to her either they just kept ignoring her. I said something to the manager and all of a a sudden it was ready in less then 2 minutes. I understand some things take longer than others so you serve in order of what comes out first. This was a basic coffee drink and you treated her like she wasn’t as important and put her off so now I’m here.
