Starbucks — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

I used to work for Starbucks so what I saw was disappointing. Little kids (elementary-middle school) come in every afternoon and basically run the place. The staff gives EACH OF THEM whipped cream in a plastic sample cup and water in a plastic cup with lids and straws EACH DAY. Starbucks is not yet up to date with environmentally friendly cups, lids, straws, etc. So the fact that they're passing them out each day is disappointing. What is more disappointing is that the children will enjoy their beverages and whipped cream outside and then deliberately litter their cups and walk away. There is no way the staff has not seen this. I went there 2-3 times a week for the month of August and 3 times my friend and I were the ones out there picking up the trash. I also observed one of the entitled children coming in a day early for happy hour and instead of the staff member politely letting them know it was the next day, he apologized to the kid and made him 2 more frapps. I get saying "yes" to customers because you always want them to be happy, but they had the wrong day. No one else in the store was getting a free drink. I was also disappointed to find that they never have decaf iced coffee. Yes, the decaf iced americano tastes pretty much the same, but I know that 1 batch of decaf iced coffee is supposed to be brewed each morning and...

There are so great people working here. Some of them know what I’m going to drink before I even order. They are the young ones they are fun and make it enjoyable. On the other hand there is this lady she is the worst in customer service not sure how she still in the front line. When she isn’t kind at least to me. If I go I and I see her. My first tough is to leave and drive to the next Starbucks. The worst part is the she isn’t familiar with the start. Especially when you have more then enough to get a free item. She still question me that I need to have at least 150 back then I’m pretty sure I had more then 600. The girl at the window was so rude and condescending. She was Asian I think and I asked her to remake my drink and she gave it to her coworker and both of them looked at me with the rudest looks. The coworker was Latina. Both of them stared me down and one of them rolled her eyes. Is this good customer service? How dare you get trained on customer service and treat a customer like this when you are in the wrong!!!! They made my drink wrong!!!!! Don’t be mad you can’t read!!!!!
