Just had a surprise birthday party here, in the banquet room.- we made reservations easily. Lindsey was very helpful & patient from the start, as she was dealing with the birthday girls' husband & myself, so we could continue to keep it a secret. When coming in a few days before hand to touch base on details, Jodi was just as helpful & patient, explaining everything they needed from us & what they were going to provide. They allowed us to get into the room with plenty of time to get set up. As guests were arriving, Leah & Kylar (sp?) Were our waitresses- they were great! Keeping up with everyone as they arrived. When the time came for the guest of honor to arrive, they were patient as we waited for her to get here, and then it was on... This two ran their tails off! I know we were happy with the service from everyone involved that night. We normally come here for dinner, so I didn't expect any less, but with a big group it's always a question. Not tonight though. Thank you all for everything you did from start to finish. Lindsey, Jodi, Leah, Kylar, and the many others that helped out. You all made this...
Read moreWe started with one waitress, who seemed less than enthused to be taking our order, after about 15 minutes another waitress showed up and said she would be taking care of us instead. She was rude, never made eye contact and would walk right past us as we were trying to get her attention. She never checked on us, we went our entire meal with out drink refills, and it took over 20 minutes after we were done eating to get boxes and a check. Mind you, the restaurant at the time of our meal was very vacant. Just us and 2 other tables with at least 3 wait staff. The food was decent, although not as good as our other main st. Experiences at other locations. but we recieved half orders, if that, of fries for each meal and had to ask a different waitress to bring us the dipping sauces we had ordered originally with our meal, that took so long to arrive that we had already began eating with out it. I am an avid OVER tipping customer, and this lunch was the first time in my 30 years of consumerism that I paid cash...
Read moreBetter off trying The Hide a Way across the street or maybe a different Mian St. Both times we dined here were horrible. The first time going was just my husband and I. The food was just ok and the service was terrible. The second time going, we had a party of 5 with two being children. The kids got their food 20 minutes before the rest of us and by the time we got our food the kids were done eating. Which there was no reason for the delayed service considering there was only about five tables of customers there. The burger was burnt and dry. The waitress asked if I wanted something else but by that time I didn't want to make the children wait even longer so I sucked it up and kept the burger. When I asked if I could get a discount on my order alone that's when we seemed to be treated in a rudely manner. My husband ordered a drink and it came when the check did. The manager walked passed us several times and didn't acknowledge us once. Sadly, there will not be a third...
