I'm being generous in hope that this was possibly just an "off day" or possibly every employee had just started and were in training? Overall, the restuarant wasn't filthy, but there was a swamp of sticky pop residue and liquid all around the soda fountain on the floor which was really difficult to maneuver. I spent over an hour inside and no one made an effort to mop it up or even put a "wet floor" sign in the area. Luckily, you probably wouldn't/couldn't slip in it with how sticky it made my shoes. The indoor play structure itself seemed fine and the kids had fun, but the seating area around it seemed to have been neglected. The floor was littered with food and wrappers. Employees really struggled taking simple orders (which is why is stated there may have been several untrained employees), which is absolutely understandable but did cause SO many order issues. I dined in, so I am unsure if this is the case with their drive-thru. Our order had a simple mistake (big mac served with no bun lol) and I laughed it off and just asked for it on the bun. It took at least 15 minutes for the sandwich to be made correctly. There was another person there waiting well over 5 minutes just for an ice cream cone (surprisingly, the machine wasn't the issue!) The restaurant was not overly busy, and there didn't appear to be an obvious shortage of staff so I just hope that there was just not enough fully trained employees to run a smooth ship and that this isn't their...
Read moreUpdate: Against my better judgment we tried again. Long wait in the drive through, I get it, they’re short staffed everywhere. After every item I ordered I was cut off by her saying “Is that it”. Person that handed us our food didn’t say one word. Just shoved everything out the window with a scowl on her face. Again, they’re busy and short staffed so I get it.
BUT. When we pulled over to check our food, half of it was missing. So I ran inside, kids in tow, to get the missing food. We stood in that lobby for over 20 minutes. Waiting for a couple order of fries. Flies were buzzing about everywhere, everything was dirty and empty. No ice, no sprite, no napkins, no ketchup, sticky floors and dirty counters.
No apology, staff making food in the back didn’t have gloves on. I understand the food industry is struggling with staffing needs right now, but this is food we are talking about. It’s just not acceptable.
We won’t be making that mistake again. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.
Had to wait over HALF AN HOUR for our food. Staff was very rude. Half of it was cold and they forgot sauce for the kids chicken nuggets. They threw in a coupon for a free meal after a crew member got mouthy when we asked to speak to a manager (whom never came out to speak with us).

When my husband and I got to the location the app wouldn't let me check in and put a parking spot number. My husband took my phone into the location to inform them we were there since we couldn't check in. He was told they didn't even see my order and advised him to order again. He was told we could request a refund for the first order thru the app. When my husband got back to the car he informed me the inside was in chaos because the cashier failed to give any of the customers waiting inside a receipt so no one knew their order number. We proceeded to wait in the Curbside parking for 30min with no one coming to give us food. Numerous cars from the drive thru had to wait and their food.came out, but not ours. The same worker came out to give the drive thru their orders, looked at us numerous times and still nothing. My husband even tried to get her attention at one point and she ignored us. After 30min of waiting we left. I emailed corporate to report this, was told the app.worked just fine and basically blew me off.
