Dunkin' — Restaurant in Scotch Plains

I recently visited the Dunkin located in Scotch Plains, NJ, and I had a mixed experience that I'd like to share.

First and foremost, the customer service I received was outstanding. When I walked in, it was evident that the guy behind the counter was working alone, yet he managed to handle everything efficiently. He greeted me with a warm smile and was quick to take my order, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Despite the rush, he remained attentive and patient, which greatly enhanced my visit.

However, my positive experience took a hit when I needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, it was not in the best condition. It was evident that a previous customer had left it in a messy state, which was disappointing. I expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially considering the great service I had received at the counter.

I understand that accidents happen, but maintaining restroom cleanliness should be a priority for any establishment. This aspect of my visit left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, as it detracted from the overall positive impression I had of the Dunkin location.

In conclusion, while the customer service at this Dunkin in Scotch Plains, NJ, was top-notch, I hope the management can pay more attention to restroom cleanliness to ensure a consistently pleasant experience for all customers. I'll still return for their delicious coffee and donuts, but I hope to see improvements in this area...

First off, If one more person yells at 'Eyad' they will loose my service, my friends, and family. Secondly 'Karlee' has got to go. As a frequent customer I have noticed she is rude, has the wrong attitude, and quite frankly the attitude I don't wan't to deal with before school when I get my breakfast every morning. I have been a recuring customer since mid 2021 and have watched employees come and go, but 'Karlee' has to be by far the worst. I have personally seen her take out her phone while supposed to be making drinks. Today I was mortified to over hear Karlee who is not a manager or owner yell at one of the new workers 'Eyad'. It was extreamly disgusting. I have seen multiple accounts of unkind and unprofessional behavior towards new workers or mentally challenged workers.
