Never again!

I ordered a $20.00 supposedly filet steak hoagie. Taste wise, it was good. Portion wise, very small for the money. I can go to Kuhn’s and get 2 huge filets for the same price and it will be filling. Not only was the portion of the steak very small, but I bit into a lot of fatty pieces. Their steak is like small cubes when it should be sliced, and it actually tastes like sirloin rather than filet. I know the difference as I’ve worked in the food industry for over 30 years. I called to tell them and the girl who answered was the same girl that took my order who has a very bad attitude and spoke to me as if she didn’t want to be bothered with the situation. There was no manager available so she said. She didn’t even offer to have them remake it. She took my name and number and said one of the owners would call me. Guess what? No call. Typical. She then pushed the call onto someone else who was a guy, and he apologized for it and said: “they must have forgot to trim the steak”, and again, didn’t offer to remake the sandwich which just goes to show that they didn’t care. Bad business, bad customer service. I won’t eat there again, and I will tell others not to...

Amazing food. The bartenders and servers were so accommodating and wonderful. 100% will recommend to everyone. Ashley, Nicolette, & Julie were wonderful. Ashley offered me her brush when I told her my Afro was out of control and helped me tame that shiz. Nicolette handed me a piece of her gum without me even asking. She just overheard me saying I needed a piece because my breath smelled like hot garbage. Julie bought me a rose and told me how much she enjoyed my company. There was a bar back, I believe his name was Dan, helped me get my disabled porcupine back to my car after he escaped while I was dining. The atmosphere and people were so fun. Absolutely amazing people. . 10/10 In fact, I went back two days later and met bartenders Luke, Taylor, And Katie. Now, I don’t want to speak for Jesus, BUT, I felt the lords touch when Luke spoke. Taylor and I talked about motherhood and how lucky we are are to have met each other. And sweet Katie, made me laugh so hard I cried. I again, had a fabulous meal. My fiance & I have went there previously and have had positive experiences. However we had went there recently and I sadly have to admit it is going downhill.

First of all: they say they are open Monday- Friday till midnight and closed Saturday and Sunday. That is a lie. Everytime we want to go there, they are closed.

Second of all: during our most recent visit my fiance had ordered fried zucchini which had no flavor, salad and was mostly center of the lettuce, soup was lacking flavor, and chicken parmesan all it was grilled chicken- sauce and melted cheese.

Thirdly: during our most recent visit I have ordered chicken tenders and French fries, however I was told they were out of chicken tenders. So I asked for a plain cheeseburger and french fries with ranch. Simple right? Whenever it was brought out to me it didnt looked cooked. To a point I was scared to eat it.

For all of this it was $40-50. Very pricey for food that was not cooked throughly and service was poor.
