Subway — Restaurant in Scott Township

My family and I waltzed into Subway today and were greeted by the wonderful Marrion. Despite having a co-worker with the charisma of a deflated balloon, our Marrion was the epitome of composure. Now, while Marsha (the aforementioned balloon) re-entered the restaurant with all the grace of a bull in a china shop, accusing Marrion of stealing her forgotten tips, Marrion continued to serve us with a kindness that'd outshine any 'Employee of the Month'.

It was quite the spectacle, really. Marsha demanded Marrion remind her about her tips in the future and then muttered foul words under her breath that should not have been said in front of customers, let alone my 10 year old son.

Now, I was tempted to knock off a star for the free side-dish of drama, but I really want the 5 stars to reflect the wonderful customer service experience...

This place was a TERRIBLE and unwelcoming experience..Walked in, guy was cleaning with the broom, went to the back to make my sandwich put gloves right on, didn't wash his hands before putting the gloves on, before that he was outside smoking or something in the front, Rude guy in there and a rude woman, no greeting, both gave me attitude, neither washed their hands, the girl was making faces the whole time, then they told me they couldn't toast my cheese and turkey from off of the wrap meanwhile I've worked at Subway, and so has my other family members, I know how it all works. I've gotten the same exact thing for years, when I told them that they changed up quick . Oh and yeah the cucumbers in the bucket were brown, the lettuce was brown,

8/17/22. 8:00pm My daughter and I entered the restaurant and noticed boxes and equipment cluttering the dining room, it’s been the same for several weeks. We approach the counter to order food, there was an employee making a foot-long sandwich and there were no other customers in the building, the employee was taking her really good old time putting cheese on the sandwich And never acknowledge us standing there waiting, another employee came from the back room and proceeded to check the ovens and put lettuce in a container, he also never acknowledged us, it then became quite obvious that we were not welcome there and decided to leave. obviously they have a contempt of people who’s appearance they don’t like, I invite corporate to take a look at the video and see...
