Pizza Americana — Restaurant in Heidelberg

I order from here frequently, last week my daughter was visiting,we ordered a pizza deluxe,cinn ball things and garlic bread. I give precise direction,I live on a way one st, so I give the address as well as third house on the right, NEVER, had a problem with delivery, the driver called my daughters phone screaming about the address, I got on the phone and explained, I have no clue where he was, he found my house finally, pounded at my door and then proceeded to open it, I jumped up to get the door, he was yelling at me, said there were no numbers on the housed,I opened the door and pointed at it, and he said the third house thing was confusing because he came from the other way (one way street)...I said you just open someone's door,he put his hand up and walked away....food was cold, I called and spoke to "Charlie" who said he was the manager, was apologetic and very nice, said I'll comp you, just call and ask for me. So a few days later, I did call, then he started saying well the driver said he had one address and then had to go to another, I said no, just one address and never had an issue before, so after him (Charlie the manager) being rude, and belligerent, I said nevermind, he said"good" and hung up on me... I won't be ordering from there again only because of the rude treatment, the food has always been great.... Who talks like this to...

Great pizza at a great price. I just had my son's 10th birthday party over the weekend on the 9th of September. I called for a delivery and informed employee that I needed a large number of pizzas for the party. After talk in to employee/manger and informing him pizza was for son's party he gave me a discount on pizza's witch was very helpful. I called ahead of time and asked if they could deliver the pizzas at 2:30 to Carnegie park. They agreed to deliver the pizza to the park and they were right on time. The delvery wss very polite and assisted me on placing pizzas on the table. Shortly after everyone dug in and started eating. There wasn't any complaints everyone was happy with the pizza and lots of the guest asked were I ordered the pizza from because they all enjoyed it and wanted to know so they themselves could order pizza from there...

I truly used to love this pizza place. I even gave it a high recommendation here on Google up until now.

I used to order very frequent from this establishment, while working nearby.

Ordered some food yesterday and requested that the two extra large pizzas please be lightly baked. We picked up our food, the gentleman was coughing up a storm into his hands and all over the place, you would think if someone was a little under the weather someone else should be running the register. You also would think if you're not feeling well that you should not be around food if you're coughing so badly.
