I’m super upset with this place, anyway I placed an online order through the Taco Bell app like I’ve done in the past on Monday April 25,2022 at 3:36, I received a confirmation email, a pending charge on my credit card and even rewards from my order. Well I got to the restaurant at 3:45 to pick up my order sat there for 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and the other people in the lobby. She. Someone finally spoke to me they said they don’t have my order and he can’t make it because he doesn’t see it in the system he was working on all day and to contact the 800 # which I have no clue what number that is. So I asked if I could order again and then contact the 800# which I still didn’t get the full number for. Which they said I could. I ordered and yes it’s more then my original order because I claimed me reward so I pay with a different card because I’m waiting for the original charge to be reversed. Read moreIt was a rather uncomfortable experience. I requested a Triplelupa, A Chicken Quesadilla and a Crispy Potato Soft Taco(as it once was called.) The order screen read back Tripleulupa, Chicken Quesadilla and a Hard Taco Supreme. I mentioned to the drive through that I asked for a potato soft taco and they replied with a fierce attitude, “what do you mean crispy potato soft taco?” I later noticed it was changed to spicy potato taco but it’s pretty obvious to anyone who isn’t oblivious(or on drugs.) what a potato soft taco is considering that there is only one potato taco on the menu... I pull up to the window hand my card, get asked the standard stuff like sauce to which I replied Diablo. I get my food and drive off to only realize I was given a Chalupa Beef Supreme... I wasn’t even handed a receipt so I couldn’t even double check the order or complete the survey. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go here unless you want your order totally screwed up or like workers whom are taking your order going off the rails for moot things like whether a potato is spicy or crispy. Read moreVery disappointed by this location, I always like going to Taco Bells but this one was just awful. Drove out of my way because I had a craving, ended up getting home half an hour late because I spent twenty minutes sitting in the drive-thru for two burritos and a crunchwrap. No coupon or reduction for the time wasted, the food was lukewarm at best without much filling, and the tortillas weren't properly warmed/prepared.
It looked like there were only two or three people working this evening, and although I understand it's difficult, these things need to be communicated, and above all the food needs to be served at least WARM. I'd have been a lot more forgiving (and not writing this right now) if my order had at least been made properly.
If your service is so slow that everyone in line is turning off their cars while they wait, there's a problem. If the food they get after doing so is lukewarm at best, there's a serious problem. If the food isn't even MADE properly after all of this, there is a MASSIVE PROBLEM. Seriously, I made better burritos than this working...
