Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Scott Township

This place is awesome. Manager Brianna is a big help if you ever need it. Quality of food is perfect, unlike other Chipotle's. Keep in mind, however, due to this location being highly popular, dinner time is more busier than not, so take aside some time when going in there after 5:30 p.m., did have a long wait while in there, and some people in line left, but the wait is expected since they were slammed with online orders and short staffed. The majority of the employees were working the Togo orders while there was only two working for the volume in the store, hopefully they can take some of the burden off of some of the employees and add a few more during high traffic times. Wad there on Wed. 10/12/22. Got there at 6:03 and left at 6:34 p.m. after getting my food while in line, just checked Uber receipt to get the exact time. The long wait, over 25 minutes was was still worth it. Not the employees fault, high demand not enough staff. I guess it’s my own fault for continuing to order Chipotle, but the past few months, my orders have been wrong every time. It’s especially common to order guacamole with chips and guacamole on the entrees, but only get a bag of chips and no guac on anything. No explanation, no refund. The previous times, I’ve gone back to the store to have the order remade, they don’t even apologize for the trouble, they’ll just say they were out of guac (but had it when I went back).

After the sixth wrong order last night, I tried calling their customer service, but there’s no way to speak to a person. The only option is to use the online customer service bot, and hope a human emails you in a week or two. There are a few local, non-chain taco/burrito places in this area, so I’m going to start going to them instead. That is probably what I should’ve done all along, rather than...

Oh, Chipotle, how do I love thee? Let me count thy ways: Your food is always fresh and delectable. Your staff completely understands the important ratio of meats/veggies. Your guacamole game is unmatched. Unmatched. Just drop the mic, it's over. You win at life. Choosing a bowl or a burrito is like choosing between two equally perfect and tantalizing things; when in doubt, go for both and party like it's 1999, but with more stylish clothes. The staff is cool and does not judge on the multiple visits per week thing. tear The chips should be labeled as possibly addicting. Suggestion: chips make excellent edible forks for the mouth-watering bowls. Lines could be out the door, and I'd wait forever because I love you that much. Don't ever change.
