Absolutely wonderful and friendly service very helpful my first bill was totally fine and than the second bill came in it was 242 dollars no way I’m paying that much I was being charged for services that I never authorized and yes they did fix the issue and gave me a 20 dollar discount which I appreciate. My next issue was they said Netflix would be covered by them but my credit card was still being charged so I stopped in at this store explained my issue and they fixed whatever was wrong great lovely but while I was there a young man named trystin tells me he has a pair of AirPods available for under 10 dollars says it’s his last pair tells my 14 year old daughter that she will be able to use them and charge her phone at the same time great wonderful I knew nothing about these AirPods not knowing how expensive they are I bought them found out they are 159.00 dollars and they are adding 6.67 dollars more a month on my bill he never told me this was going to happen I found out after I got my second bill I told him I knew nothing about AirPods and he took full advantage of that fact by not telling me how much they are I contacted t-mobile and they said there is nothing they can do about it and all I can do is return them which puts me in a bad position bc my daughter loves them and I don’t want to take them away from her and I think he knew that of course I feel totally upset and totally taken advantage of I trusted him I know it sounds stupid but like I said I knew nothing about AirPods so didn’t know they cost that much he said all I had to pay was under 10 dollars not only that I am still getting a run around with my bill they are always changing the amount and it’s usually very high they are very friendly but deceitful they lie to you be very careful about what they tell you and do some research first I wish now I would have done some before purchasing those AirPods but I am a...
Read moreThis past weekend (April 28, 2023) I went to return a T-Mobile phone (sent to me by mistake) to the bricks and mortar T-Mobile center on Rt. 11, according to telephone instructions received from a live T-Mobile customer service representative. I told the clerk why I was there and he disappeared to speak to his manager. He came back and said they "don't get involved in that." He gave me two identical mailing labels for two different phones (I am expecting problems about this, too) and I said that I didn't want to do it that way, that I wanted to leave the T-Mobile phones with a service center to insure T-Mobile has them. He disappeared again, this time for a longer time, and came back to tell me they wouldn't do it. I said, "You're refusing to accept a T-Mobile device at a T-Mobile center?" and he said, "Yes." At no time did the manager appear, though there was only one other couple in the store being helped by a different clerk, and the place was otherwise empty of customers. The friend who was with me remarked on the rudeness expressed by the clerk and said he was surprised I kept my temper. He also expressed surprise that the manager stayed hidden in an office that was so close he could obviously hear he had a customer with a significant issue. This problem was definitely not resolved to my satisfaction; the clerk needs reprimanding or at least retraining. I encourage folks to avoid this place, and to think twice about switching to T-Mobile; they have a lot of promotions going right now. But when they've got your money, the whole game changes. They lie, cheat, steal, upsell, send you lines you didn't order, tax you for suspension of them, lie about a free phone for a port in YOU WILL PAY FOR IT FROM THE START, and for 24 months. Used them for 14 months. Have a moto razor. Went to upgrade. Upgrade coat for moto razor + $749.00 (after 14 months of never missing a bill AND GIVING THEM MY BUSINESS,as I was with cricket 4 years. They charge you $20 every time you call them. The 5G go plan mobile hotspot doesn't work and they know it, so when you get tired of paying for it and did not working and you called to change it you get charged for changing it $20. Get charged for changing something because they're not rendering services that are in the contract.....
I would never use this phone company again please use any other phone companies guys are incredibly dishonest they outsourced all of their work. They are monster's.
Funny part was I ported back to cricket. Gave them every single opportunity FOR WEEKS to make this right. They don't care they will send to collectors.
Don't do it guys. The free phone ain't free. You pay for it from the beginning all the way to the end and then they say that at the end of the 24-month cycle once the phone is paid off apparently you get a "free upgrade", which is weird the original phone wasn't free either.
I'm a minister and I don't like making bad reviews like this but it is my job to save people time and to keep good money and good hands. Jesus is LORD.
