Verizon — Local services in Scott Township

They are not licensed store Johnothan and Albert blatantly tried to rip me off by not applying the proper trade in credit for my phone claiming a Google pixel 7 was worth $75.00 after telling me I'd get $1000.00 towards a new phone. Then raised everyone on my plan to the highest most expensive plan claiming it would be cheaper. It took an hour on the phone with corporate and I'll never get a phone bill as low as it was. They made claims it would be cheaper. When I followed up with them 4 days later they tried lying saying all Verizon stores were having computer problems and could not access anyone's account a visit to a store 6mins up the road confirmed that to be a lie, when I went back Albert ( the manage) was gone. Jonathan claimed he would not have done what he did and after reading the key notes just stood there like " oh I guess I did" Moral of the story go 5 mins up the road to buckhorn. They might not be the best up there either, but I've never dealt with anything close to this up there.

Edit : After posting this review the manager Albert called by my phone number saying " you should not have left that bad review," almost threatening me and very rude sarcastic tone. I’m much too busy to be a serial reviewer. I limit my reviews for those falling at the opposite ends of the spectrum - top notch and miserable fails. This store is deserving of a review for being superb. Specifically, Meriam provided outstanding customer service!

My husband had the misfortune of riding over his phone with our lawn mower. The nearest Verizon stores were already closed, but because of my husband’s line of work, we needed a replacement asap. To make a long story short, we called Meriam’s store after closing hours, and Meriam picked up! She said we can come in to be helped! We drove straight over and arrived after 9 PM. Meriam was completing a transaction with another customer who was equally happy to be there. Even though I’m sure it had been a tremendously busy and long day for her, Meriam was pleasant, interactive, and over-the-top helpful in getting the replacement phone up and running. My grandchild was killed in Texas sitting on the interstate with his co worker and a tow truck slammed into him at 80 miles an hour killing him instantly. Had to go to Texas to watch the last brain activity test and he was declared brain dead 4/5/23 at 14:31 military time. Got back and Meriam was was the only Verizon employee to help me out at this terrible time. Meriam who was working at the Bloomsburg Verizon store helped me so much for over 20 hours yesterday and all day today and tonite getting my old phone number back. I went to another Verizon location that didn’t help me at all actually one worker cussed me out. Had to deal with Meriam in PA 290 miles from home which I shouldn’t have had to do to get amazing service. She needs a MILLION STARS.. She was amazing. Couldn’t have done it without her. She worked with me for over 20 hours. And we finally got success! Can’t go to the local Verizon because no one would help me. All they did was cussed me out and they were very rude.
