Rochetto's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Scott

So many things went wrong tonight. The staff was loudly hanging out at the bar while we sat trying to enjoy our food. 2 employees off the clock sat there and drank, 1 of which was unable to drive home, and the other was appearingly underage and drinking beer out of a red soda cup. One of the servers was obnoxiously playing behind the bar and making drinks for himself and other coworkers to drink. The only one who appeared to be working at all was the bartender, Haleigh. The manager was not taking care of business or customers that were coming in and out at to-go...while it was backed up. My pizza came without shrimp as I ordered it. When I asked for the shrimp to be taken off the bill the manager acted as if I was trying to get something for free and I simply wanted the shrimp taken off. My husband ordered a medium and was given and charged for a large. The Italian fry appetizer was plain fries with a little melted cheese but there wasn't enough toppings to make it worth it. This restaurant was ran tonight by children and customers were seemingly unimpressed. The phone rang off the hook and nobody answered. I wish I would have videod the entire episode. I'm usually a huge fan of this place....but lately, it seems they will hire anyone that needs a job, regardless of their manner with customers. This most recent time, we had waitress Abby. Abby was not polite, didn't speak to us much at all, yanked cups off the table with attitude, weirdly served us a cup of milk (with ice in it???? Never in my life have I heard of someone doing this 😅), got our pizza order wrong, and rushed us to leave--I'm talking bringing us the ticket and taking food away that I was in the middle of feeding my toddler. Plus taking our drinks away before I had finished paid her. I had planned to finish feeding my son at the very least before leaving but she wanted us out. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE tipped less than 20% on any food order (Togo or dining) but I honestly regret having left the 11 or 12% we did end up tipping. As a former waitress myself, I get it. We all have off days....but she clearly was over us from the moment I asked for a wet rag so I can wipe the sticky mystery gunk off of the booster seat we were given. Like I said, usually this place has amazing southern hospitality, but lately we've had servers not friendly at all. This last time was the worst of all. I really hope the service improves cause the food...

Top 2 reasons to eat here: You want to see if you get your food before starving to death. You enjoy overpaying for food that isn't as good as what you can buy in the frozen food aisle.

Seriously - bad food, bad service, and bad attitudes. First time trying here is our last time here. We ordered take out - took much longer than promised to get, when I asked about it was told curtly that "it depends on how busy the kitchen is," and the place was empty. I shudder to think how many hours it would have taken if there were actual customers in the place. After getting the food home, was very disappointed.
