I did not receive silverware with my order , so I went up to ask for fork , the lady (who says she is a manager) replied in a manner not management voice. Just wait your turn and I said the lady was turning around so (I assumed the lady was through with her food ) but manager wouldn't let it go . She got ugly and I told her if you would have gave me silverware to start with this problem would not have occurred , I asked for management and she said she was management and one was also in the lobby . She said she overheard the whole thing and would take care of it . . the whole time she was listening to me she was holding her hand up(not toward me but away from me????? It was like she was dismissing me. Possible other manager was behind me and this was meant for her??????????#not happy customer ...

Awful food. Gave them 2 chances to get it right. The first time was totally disgusting so we called and asked for an order replacement. Should not have. The second time was just as bad. Fries weren’t cooked at all. Everything was just mush. So I decided to bring the replacement order back. I asked for my money back and asked them if they were proud of the quality of the food they were serving. Long story short they wouldn’t give me a refund. And I can’t eat the food that was definitively not cooked to food safe standards. And they refused a refund. So caution food is mushy and cold and they do not care about their customers. Ask for a refund and they will call the police on you. Do not eat here will make you sick. Also the kids working behind the counter don’t want you to eat here anyway. So rude and disgusting. Just...

I'm very impressed. I was skeptical of the packed out parking lot and full drive thru. But after trying it, I now understand. The service is quick and cheerful. The dining room is cozy. The drinks are delicious, especially the sweet tea. And food is fresh, hot, juicy, and delicious! Not normally a huge seafood fan, I got the chicken and white fish dinner. The chicken was great, but the white fish was even better!! And they have some fantastic dipping sauces to go with it! Their sides are also delicious! My husband got the crab and shrimp. He said the shrimp was fantastic! Though he told me the stuffed crab was more stuffing than crab, but still tasted good.

In short, definitely worth a visit and may become your regular...
