Taco Bell — Restaurant in Scottsboro

Taco Bell in Scottsboro Alabama, hands down, has the worst customer service!! I quit going there a long time ago, just for that reason, but recently I’ve gotten into Door Dashing and have had to go there to pick up orders. Needless to say, I have cancelled the last 3 orders I’ve accepted from this place, strictly due to the slowness and most of all, the lack of professionalism and rudeness of the management/employees. I was literally approached at the drive thru by a young man just this morning who claimed to be “something like a manager”, but wasn’t actually a manager and he informed me that the manager did not want to speak to me! Very unprofessional and to think, they really just let anyone manage and run these businesses is just beyond me. Taco Bell really needs to reconsider who they allow to represent their businesses because Scottsboro location has probably the worst reputation in town and I can only imagine how much business they loose daily because of the team they have working this restaurant. Ya know for many years people nicknamed this company "Taco Hell" and I never thought that applied until today. I didn't mind ordering on the digital order tablet but there literally wasn't a working cashier. Then it took 20 minutes to even get our food out. Then to make it worse by the time we actually recieved our food it was cold and not only was all the food cold but every item was missing ingredients. Some of those ingredients were standard and some were paid for. I had to go back and get them. Some of his food had sat out for so long that the tortilla glued itself to the wrapper. Even before my food was cold you could tell it was always cold because none of the cheese had melted. I always keep a low standard with fast food places but never in my life have I had an experience this bad with the entire experience except one other time at a burger king in Santa Cruz in 2023. I really am just appalled and there was no way I could leave without letting others know how bad these workers are. The Friday afternoon crew really need to retrained by the manager...

So on the 4th of July me n my boo went for a taco party pack and it was wack. There in the window talking about drinking, partying and possibly already drinking talking about Vodka. I can here them clearly as they kept the window open turning there back to customers instead of shutting the window because I could care less about there personal lives, just want my food. Great service and also friendly, but poor excuse for a party pack...LITERALLY PACKED IN A BROWN BAG AND NOT THE BOX!!! ALL 12 TACOS STUFFED TOGETHER,... WHAT IS BOUND TO HAPPEN? YOU GUESSED IT A MUSHY MESS .. SOFT TACOS POORLY MADE AND THEN THEY THROUGH THEM ON TOP OF WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CRUNCHY TACOS IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG!!! WAS REALLY UPSET TO FIND THESE TACOS LIKE THIS. HAD MY MOUTH READY TO EAT THOSE CRUNCHY BECAUSE MY BOO LIKES SOFT...SO YEA THAT'S WAS THE JIST OF THE FOURTH TACO NO BELL LOL....WAS SO DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE THIS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE AT THE BELL.
