It was crowded and noisy and I was told to sit down somewhere “if I could find a spot”. I ordered coffee and a Dr Pepper. I observed another waitress yelling across the restaurant that customers were sitting at a dirty table. I should have left then. But, not everyone has a sense of professionalism. Then I saw another waitress take her vape out of her pocket and wave it at a customer, assuming they knew each other and that meant she was hitting the vape once she got out of sight especially since she said ‘I’m going to hit it.’ As I sat waiting for my order and looked around the restaurant I caught myself thinking “do people really eat here on purpose?!?” It was a grimy gritty atmosphere that invoked chaos and frustration. I rarely ever dine alone, but I took a chance this morning at a place I never visit, and now I will never ask myself why again. I don’t visit because it is dirty and loud and the food was terrible. It literally had no taste, not even an appearance of something that would be pleasant to my tastebuds. I stirred my eggs around and ate a piece of toast. Drank a cup of coffee and took my Dr Pepper To-Go. My waitress was nice enough, just doing her job the best way she could in that atmosphere. She was nice and brought everything I asked for. Read moreI had taken my son there for his birthday breakfast and when Carol sat us i whispered to her we were waiting on a couple more people, so she went got our drinks and was very patient with us and would see if we needed more drinks while we waited. Megan also a very nice server was making sure my coffee was always full and my son and what he needed. The others got there and was immediately taken care of like we had been. Our order was taken and it seemed like a few minutes went by and Megan and Carol brought our order out and PERFECT I've never been so happy there with food quality customer service. The main cook Chris definitely did an AMAZING job on our food. He also went out of his way when he over heard my son tell another guest it was his birthday. Chris got to a stopping point working with Megan and Carol and teamed up with the rest of the staff to sing Happy Birthday (half the restaurant joined in) to him and a brownie. I just want to say the crew this store had at this time definitely deserve the absolute best. My son was lit up from happiness that Chris Megan and Carol made his day and was still excited. Edit Edit: Ventured my way back into the "House". Apparently they fired the maid. Eeekk! The food was there and that's all I have to say about that. Service came with a smile at least. Conclusion: One star demotion. Stay tuned...
Update: Welp, I heard Todd was back as the manager so I decided to give 'er another go. And let's just say it was a complete 180 from my last visit. This visit exceeded my expectations by far! The service was excellent and the food was as well! Big shout out to our waitress for seeing to our every request and following up to ensure our food was to our standards. I give this visit 5 stars and will update my overall rating as long as Todd stays in charge.
Update to the Update: Completely new staff and management team now. Service has improved along with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The staff is so much better now than before. The food comes out hot and as ordered. I am definitely impressed with the new and improved HH of...
