To put you in my shoes, I have been a customer of the Filiberto's chain for a large part of my life, I've visited other Arizona locations and Ive experienced the continuity within their food. This location (Pima Rd) upholds the responsibility of being part of an established chain at a newer location very well. The store is well kept with the dining area having clean tables and chairs and a great selection of appetizers while you wait for your order. Staff was nice, efficient, and approachable. The few times I have gone, I have been a part of a dinner rush and some later evening dinner depending on my commute. Ticket time was swift and consistent with each visit. Thus far I have tried Pima Rd Filiberto's beef, chicken, beans, and vegetables and have had ZERO complaints about quality or continuity. Cheese is tasteful and the lettuce is fresh. Beans are savorful, beef is well cooked and juicy, and the chicken is flavorful. All of the proteins are complimented well alongside the other ingridients per item. The tortillas are delicious and hold well with both the beans and the meats. The hard tortilla shells taste newly cooked and hold well with a satisfying crunch each bite. The tacos have a good ratio of meat to garnish. The burritos are packed with the main filling and have an even spread of the condiments. Tostadas hold well and don't cave in. I feel confident to be able to explore the menu without any reserve. In conclusion Filiberto's at Pima rd is a consistent and appetizing location to enjoy the Filiberto's menu. Most importantly, Filibertos doesn't flaunt a gourmet style meal, they specialize in fast-food and they exceed my expectations for a fast-food...
Read moreI once bought a bean and cheese burrito a while back and it was bean and cheese up to the 2025 beginning year. And now it’s a bean -…+ cheese burrito. A sprinkle of cheese, imagine that in your imagination of salt bae minus the generosity. Recently the A+ new cashier told me it was fine if I was missing a dollar, then the A+ cashier, then walked in the back and then said no after the wrap around tactic within talking to whoever was back there. I can’t blame him. However; I High-key would’ve came back with a good tip because of that + whatever I had on hand. Cooks said no I guess maybe more. albeit the food is good. Between going there for 3+ years and telling them to keep the change for a tip continuously whenever I pay cash. Even buying food while they moved to their new location / the drive through one. And tbh I can’t blame them and they have jobs to follow. Not a hate review more of a what I’ve seen / humanity review. Previously; Sauces used to be rancid a half ish year ago after 12 ish with popped sauce tops and some nearly popped with rancid spice that comes from the spicy stuff growing in-between. And Albiet from what I’ve seen they seem to be okay now at the moment. Good food, and happenstance good people that take your order / care for someone. Take it as you will. Don't judge a book by its cover, judge it by its contents. Your review might be different from mine and or consumption ig lol....
Read moreI would honestly give them zero stars if I could. I normally love Filiberto's. It was my first time at this location and it was HORRIBLE. I will never go back. I typically never ask for my money back either, but we spent way too much to not have eaten any of it. Firstly, the drive thru experience was awful. The person taking the order had absolutely no idea what she was doing. I had to keep yelling the order at her because she kept repeating it back wrong. Then she didn't know how to ring it up. She didn't relay how much I was being charged. I had to quickly ask her before she swiped my card. Her response was, "I was going to give you the receipt anyway." Okay, but you still don't just swipe someone's card without telling them how much you're charging them. Then after a long wait, we got the bag, and cheapest styrofoam container broke and sauce got everywhere in the bag. Got home and tried to salvage it, and noticed the food had a very sour, weird smell. My husband got shrimp tacos, so we did not want to risk it. Also, my order was incorrect, I'm not even sure what item on the menu they gave me, but it was not what I ordered.
Horrible, horrible service....
