Very unprofessional at this location. Treated my black American children and my wife with unprofessionalism & I got called racial slurs. I am an independent contractor & I was only there to pick up an order. I don't know the white woman's name, but she disregarded me when I was speaking to her even after I listened to what she had to say she just turned her back on me and started talking/helping the other white people that was there. Also they had the audacity to reach out to the company I work for and place a bad rating/survey on my account that I cannot have removed. My family is Mixed and I am an Black American Male working to make a living for my family. This type of behavior is unacceptable & unexcusable & unprofessional. Please don't take your family to this location, especially if you are a mixed family or of any "minorities"
There is no need for me to lie, I was treat racially after being told I was able to have some of the food that was out available for the public. Never was I told the food was invitation only or private, I asked for some and the white lady said yes. The fact you would turn away a child from food is ridiculous, she's only 7yrs old. You had warm salad sitting in the sun and one chicken wing, seriously? My daughter and I took one of each then we're told we could not have any because I'm picking up an order. Since wen was this a rule? I've bought food from merchants while picking up food, you clearly know nothing about the Guidelines for who I work with. Also as far as having my family with my while I work, this is AZ, you wouldn't believe how many family deliver together with their spouses or family with them, never has been an issue is definitely allowed. I will not take this review down for it's actually true. I went off on you white people for miss treating me and my mixed family & for treating us like we are poor also unprofessionally. People should know how you and you mom truly operate out of disrespect and disregard for colored people or mixed families. Your food was horrible and bland. A piece of chicken wing and salad was all she said we could have and that's wat we did. Next time tell someone no, instead of formulating a false narrative to make your business look good. I called the restaurant and was told the driver left over one-half hour before and they had no idea where she was. They suggested that I continue to wait. I called back 15 minutes later and was told they couldn't reach their driver. They again suggested that I wait and reluctantly started to re-make the order. About 10 minutes later the original order arrived. The food was cold and both pizzas looked like they had been dropped. One item was missing. I again called the restaurant and was told that I should be happy it was delivered. A little bit later, the re-made order arrived, hot and fresh, but by this time it was close to 9:00. The second driver was apologetic, courteous and respectful. I sent the destroyed pizzas back with him. The pizza was good, but then there was the wings I ordered which weren’t completely cooked through which they put the accountability on the fact that they don’t cook them they just warm them up. The zappoli that I ordered was supposed to include hazelnut dipping sauce and they left that behind. Mistakes happen but what’s the most disappointing of it all is their attitude towards correcting the issue. I was promised a refund for the 20 wings I ordered on December 26th and here we are January 5th and no return on my money.
