Starbucks — Restaurant in Scottsdale

Today I started my day with Starbucks like I do most days. This one no different than all the rest except … I arrived at Starbucks around 0745 and ordered a hot tall mocha latte with oat milk. The service was excellent. I sat outside and worked remotely on my work laptop while enjoying my daily cup of Starbucks. As the day began to warm up, I moved inside. After sitting inside for about 15 minutes a friendly face, Starbucks employee asked me can I get you anything? I responded no, I finished a cup of coffee this morning. Feeling pressured to have another cup of coffee … 10 minutes late I purchased an Iced Chai Tea latter with oat mile and cinnamon powder. The staff was very friendly but my ice chai tea had at least 2-3 teaspoons just sitting on the top of the drink. My mouth was full of cinnamon powder. I guess that was a joke and all I could do was laugh. Brady gets 5 stars for he’s best in class service. Renae gets 5 stars for her apology and willingness to get me a glass of water. When my drink was remade it was the same Venti cup and didn’t taste like an iced chai tea. It tasted just like oat milk...

I usually have decent experiences with Starbucks, but my recent visit was far from satisfactory. I placed a mobile order expecting it to streamline my morning routine, but it ended up doing quite the opposite. Despite the convenience promised by their app, I waited over 30 minutes for my order. It was disheartening to see that not all customers were treated equally; it seemed as though the staff prioritized their 'favorite' customers, attending to their orders out of sequence and leaving mine and several others languishing.

What's more frustrating is the lack of communication. No one bothered to update me on the delay or explain why orders were being handled in such a haphazard manner. This lack of transparency and efficiency significantly impacted my day, as I rely on timely service, especially during busy mornings.

I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the store to improve their service, particularly for those who use the mobile order feature. It's disappointing to see a well-known brand fail to deliver on its promises of...

I go to this Starbucks because it is closest to me, but after today’s experience NEVER again! I had a mobile order this morning and when I pulled in at the drive thru, I had to repeat EVERYTHING I said 3 or 4 times including my name to the lady. It is a mobile order, you already have what I ordered and should have been made by the time I pulled in!!!! They said they don’t have it and asked me if I ordered it from their store, I showed them the receipt which shows that I ordered from that place, and they gave me a grande drink instead of venti when I paid for a venti drink. I said I ordered a venti one, their response was “ohh- I thought you said grande!” I freaking mobile ordered the drink and repeated 4 times what I had ordered… That’s not a customer service I want to see. They said I have to pull around if I want it remade. I ordered ahead of time, waited at the drive thru and then you ask me to spend more TIME for your incompetent...
