Diskin's Saloon — Restaurant in Scranton

I typically never ever leave a review, but this time I had to.

I actually just got back to the hotel after stopping at Diskins. When I walked in, there were three people at the bar it was late after 12:30 on a Wednesday night I forget the three peoples names. Either way that does not matter all three of them were great The female, as I walked because all three of them looked at me. Are you ready for this? My answer was 100%. I’ve been here before. this is the place that I come in if I am in Scranton for work. I only stopped in to get a six pack of Budweiser, but one of the guys bought me a Budweiser to stay. I obliged and bought everyone a drink Hopefully, I’m in town again tomorrow because I wanna stop in and see them

Without a doubt, Diskins has the BEST wings in town. The Whiskey Diskins sauce is where it's at.

Not only is the bar food here excellent...it's consistently excellent. There is nothing worse than raving about a spot to friends and family, only to be let down. Knock-on-Wood, Diskins is the exception.

Their pizza is a Minkooa spin on Old Forge style that also holds its own. The crowd, owner, bartenders and cooks are always very friendly. Smoking is allowed inside, so plan accordingly, and order to go if that is...

Ordered tray of pizza, 10 mild wings, 20 BBQ wings, volcano fries, fries with gravy, and onion rings. The volcano fries and fries with gravy were delicious. The pizza was dry barely any sauce, the onion rings had no flavor, the mild wings were meh, and the BBQ wings were sweet, I personally hate sweet BBQ sauce. So didn't eat any of the BBQ wings.
