McDonald's — Restaurant in Scranton

I went mcdonalds on September 19th for late night burgers. When handing my debit card to the cashier he accidentally dropped my card in the safety lock box for the Ronald mcdonald house charity. I truly wasn't upset, this was an accident and figured I would just have someone open the box from inside. I pulled off to the side and waited to speak with the manager. She explained that they do not have the key to retrieve my card and the Ronald mcdonald house comes in every so often to open the box. The manger was nice and paid for my meal and told me she would call. I called the next morning and asked if there was any indication when they were coming in to open the box, and received no help. Its been over a week now with no phone call or no estimated date of resolution. I am married and my wife has a debit card linked to my account which I can access funds, but what if I couldn't? I feel like this situation has been handled poorly and there has been no Curtesy call with assurance that someone is trying to help. Im really disappointed and could only imagine if someone wasn't able to access their account...

Placed an online order using points to redeem a breakfast sandwich and bought a drink. When I got to the speaker (the end of breakfast, but a minute before), I was told to pull forward for my order. At the first window, I was also told to pull forward. Then, at the second window I was given the drink and then the window was closed. I waited there and asked about the sandwich. The lady working was extremely rude right away and said breakfast was over and they couldn’t give me the sandwich. I explained that on the order it shows that I picked it up and asked how I could get those points back. She rolled her eyes and said “I don’t know, call McDonald’s or something.” There’s no number to even call, it’s the managers job to remedy this. I asked if I could ask the manager, to which she rudely replied, “I am the manager.” I asked if she could substitute it for something of equal value since my points were used and I couldn’t get them back. She rudely said no and was very nasty and started yelling. Her name is Alisandra and she is easily the rudest worker I have ever...

Was forced to go here since Popeyes next door was out of Chk sandwiches and nothing else was open after work. Ordered a #9, which is the 2 cheeseburgers with ketchup, mustard, onions, and pickles. I ordered my burgers without cheese, everything else was okay. Got back home and was greeted with whatever you want to call this...? FYI as you can see from the photo, that cheese was pretty solid. I peeled the entire slice off whole from the burger without it even leaving anything on the patty..

Not only did they screw up the order by not taking the 2 seconds it requires to read a grill slip and put cheese on it.. They managed to forget the other required toppings. I essentially paid a meal price for 2 cheeseburgers off the dollar menu.

Called the store to let them know what happened with my order only to sit and listen to it ring for 6 min before I decided the 10$ wasted wasn't worth the time anymore.
