If i could give this place a 0 star i would the most disgusting food waited a hr and a half for my calzone with curly fries and i said gravy and cheese.. They gave me brown gravy n cheese i live 5 mins away from this place and it took them 1 hr n a half to get.. Iam pregnant and was hungry by the time it got here it was disgusting warn the calzone and the curly fries were very soggy n warm... The guy that took the orders was very nasty n ignorant not professional at all.. And told me iam not gettin my money back when i called them black so my husband called back and had words with him.. He prettyuch robbed me.. Took my money but guess what he will get his day.. THE FOOD IS SLOP DONT EAT FROM THERE!!!! And he is actually really lucky iam pregnant or i would throw his slop food ton his property or maybe thru his door! Update to add: Recently tried their square pizza and it is by far the best in the area! Their hot wings are delicious too. Love this place, and will definitely continue to order here.

Let me start this by saying when Peppers is good, it’s amazing. But I have noticed when they are busy (as in, instead of having a 20 minute wait for delivery, it’s more like an hour) the service and quality of food is very poor. Yesterday we ordered delivery which took an hour, the driver was on time, very polite and friendly. Our order consisted of two buffalo chicken cheesesteaks, a honey bbq wrap, and chicken fingers. The food was all pretty good aside from one of the hoagies which was literally DRENCHED in hot sauce. The bun was literally sopping wet and soggy with the amount of hot sauce that was put on it. I just don’t understand because the other hoagie was the exact same thing but made perfectly as it usually is. I don’t want to leave a bad review for this place, I genuinely enjoy their food 99/100 times we order and the prices are very reasonable. We had moved into our home in July and have gotten a few “welcome to the neighborhood” offers over the last two months. So we tried to call for this order we got in the mail last Friday (August 30) the person who answered the phone said they had no such offer even though we got this in the mail that week! Even claimed I wasn’t their offer and asked me to make sure it had their information on it. I explained that how I even got their contact information. As you can see from the photos I attached it has their address and other information on this. She told me they had other offers but not this offer. There is no expiration date so the offer might be old, but again why did we get it last week why mail it out if it’s old enough the employees have no idea it even existed?

I’m not giving them two or one star because this is likely the vendor they contracted with who mailed this out and not them personally. But I can’t give them more than three based off of the service we had received when trying to...
