I called the place and asked for an option of a pizza and I didn’t know the name of it so the girl that was in the phone gave me options and then when I received the pizza I didn’t like the option of the pizza so I said is there anyway I can possibly switch it I didn’t even take a bite of the food or nothing and they put me on the phone with Melinda and Melinda was quite rude saying it was my fault for everything that went wrong with the pizza when I was asking for a specific pizza and I didn’t know the name of I even try to say I’ll do in-store credit or whatever and they said no so I was like OK that’s fine but she was quite rude and kept blaming me for everything of the situation I said I should’ve talk to a manager and I called the place …. Roseanna's Pizza is a privately owned small business. The place was clean and the service was fantastic. The prices were very reasonable and a lot to select from. I ordered a roast beef and provolone cheese sub and it was the best I have eaten in a long time and tasted better than the big chain sub shops.

I haven't gone to Roseanna's in years since I did not need to be in Scranton, but I am starting to be back on a regular basis and I will definitely be visiting Roseanna's on a regular basis. The one thing that I did notice was that there weren't many people in this take out business while I waited for my handcrafted order, but it was a steady business....

Messed up order no one would pick up the phone. Traveled 40 mins away. Plus side still awesome hoagies must try. But I would check before leaving if I wasnt in a rush. I would of. First time calling in my order too. Answered phone and just said hello. I had to ask if this was a business. Then when I came in to pay the girl and I believe it's the same one who couldn't ring up my order right anyway. So aggravating. Good news is kids have happy bellies.
