Manning Farm Dairy-West — Restaurant in Scranton

Did not have a good experience at Mannings Dairy Farm today I took my handicapped daughter who has William's syndrome and her deaf friend Max. We had only been there maybe 3 times prior. We took awhile to order because there are alot of flavors to choose from. The young lady behind the counter seemed very annoyed that it took awhile although we were the only customers in the building at the time. So either my handicapped daughters mask fell off or she pulled it up to have some of her sundae. The young lady behind the counter immediacy said customers can only be in there if they have a mask on well I tried to fix it but couldnt so ended up making my handicapped daughter wait outside alone while I paid for my stuff which was abt 45 bucks I thought the young lady was rude and annoyed because we wanted sundaes. Well I thought I would switch from buying milk and ice cream in the store and support their farm. But now i will be rethinking ever...

I always loved Manning's and I still do! I remember when I was a kid going to their farm for ice cream. I'm extremely happy there's one soo much closer. They have alot of flavors, frozen yogurts, milkshakes, sundaes and all the good stuff. They make cakes 2!! I LOVE their Sea Salt Caramel. OMG it's amazing!! My son who's 3 and loves anything blue is obsessed with Cookie Monster, It's blue with a cpl different kinds of cookies in it. If we aren't in the area and go somewhere else for ice cream if they have a blue colored one he'll get it but so far he isn't having it. He'll say "no mommy this isn't the good blue"! He wants his "blue ice cream" LoL!! My 5 y/o daughter is a chocolate lover. She really likes their German Chocolate. The prices are reasonable and the service is good. If it looks busy don't let that deter you the line moves...

I love Manning’s so much there affordable and they make there own hand made ice cream and the Chocolate is pure cocoa i appreciate there hard work and its such a small walk to where i live employees have always been sweet i do think tho that you guys should get a atm near future or a card scanner so people can pay wirh card other then that the service and ice cream are amazing never once failed me! And those farmers at the farm work hard nd it even shows the process of it in the store of the cow milk and its very humane to im glad to see people caring about animals and customers Thank u...
