Gigi's Pizza — Restaurant in Sea Bright

Horrible food and even worse service. Not even one star they deserve. I should have read the reviews before I walked in. So many bad reviews.

So, I ordered an avocado toast on a bagel for $20. What I got? Two Sunny Side Up eggs with runny whites (yes, I said Sunny Side Up, but that means the yolks should be runny—not the egg whites dripping raw). On top of that, a few sad, blackish avocado slices—so little avocado it didn’t even cover the bagel.

When I asked for something else, the cashier told me she’d just remake the same disgusting black avocado slices. No thanks. So I switched to two slices of Sicilian pizza worth only $11. But here’s the kicker—she refused to refund me the difference because I wouldn’t accept her “redo” of that sad excuse for avocado toast. Basically, I paid $20 and walked away with $11 worth of food. That’s not customer service—that’s theft with a smile.

I didn’t argue at the moment, but I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. Consider this review your warning: overpriced, low-quality food, and management that nickel-and-dimes customers instead of making things right. Save your money and your appetite—this place isn’t...

I used to love this place! Frequented it weekly for our takeout. Until tonight.

We ordered a pie, meatballs, and garlic knots. The delivery guy got to our house without our pizza; we called and we were told that it would be 10 mins. We did get our meatballs and garlic knots.

When our pizza arrived - it wasn't what we ordered. I called again and I was rudely told that I need to "specify" that I wanted a round pie instead of a Sicilian crust... which I have never had to do despite the numerous times we have ordered from here. Instead of being valued as customers and offered another pie, we were just yelled at - and we ended up just saying we'd never be ordering from GiGi's again.

We sat down to eat, and it was apparent they had forgot to make our pizza when our food was delivered, and rushed to get this one out to us. The one we got was barely cooked - and was terrible. I'm so disappointed! I loved this pizza place, and we were treated so rudely. All we wanted...

I've been to Gigi's a few times before. We were walk in customers looking for take out. They promised 5 pizzas in 20 minutes and here we are an hour and a half later and still no pizzas. They alleged a power outage. However, we were next-door having drinks and we know the power outage was just a few minutes if at all. What we actually saw was other orders (door dash), telephone and other orders being put ahead of us. You have 4 ovens that hold 6 plus pizzas that cook in 15 minutes. Just be honest. We could have gone to Sea Bright pizza 2 blocks away. Seems like they didn’t want to lose a business and over promised under delivered. This is a fail tonight. Pizza was good...except the Margherita lacked any basil. We will give you...
