Anchorage Beach — Local services in Sea Bright

A tiny public side beach - absolutely beautiful but get there very early if you want to grab one of the parking spaces. If the lot is full, the main Sea Bright beach parking is just past the bridge a little south. Quiet and there is a small fee for parking and for beach access from Memorial Day to Labor Day (as of now it’s a dollar an hour to park and 7 dollars for the beach.) No signs or online notice that it's cash only to access beach. Lost a half hour of my parking (charged hourly every day) looking for an ATM "a 5 minute walk down to town", which was along an uneven sidewalk. The ATMs down the street obviously charge an exorbitant fee. how is it cash only!!!!?? It's 2023, every other beach in nj allows online or credit card badge purchases!

They beach, they have many private beaches yet, you have free public access beaches too in between.. You can park your car there, parking fees is also very reasonable, it's $2 per hour. First come first park.. park your car in lot pay in parking Machine there.....
