Food was solid, servers were very nice, but could not follow through on anything. One example was: the waiter asked if we wanted any fresh cheese or black pepper on our pasta, we said yes, he walked away and never came back. We had 4 other instances like that. The hostess was a, well she was not nice and had zero customer service skills. We had reservations and were standing at the hostess stand, she walked past us 4 times without even acknowledging us. We finally asked a waiter about getting a table and they flagged down the hostess. At that point she just seemed annoyed that we were there. Not a very welcoming experience. Was not a huge fan. Adult plates are around $25-$30 dollars, we were trying to sit a table of 10 and because of restrictions had to do two separate tables. We had 4 children in our party, the person on charge (owner maybe) brought out a coloring book which was awesome, but only allowed each child 2 crayons/ markers. She brought bread to one of our tables and fingered through it because she "thought she saw a bug" Then left the bread at the table. Any fish dish we had tasted of soap. We just ate in the cape May location. It was the best Italian dinner we had since we were in Italy last year. We had an amazing appetizer and I had the special. Bronzino. It was cleaned table side. Best I have ever had. Desserts were excellent, I cannot wait to go back. The owners and chefs were present and super. We had a great waiter. First class all the way.
