Food was solid, servers were very nice, but could not follow through on anything. One example was: the waiter asked if we wanted any fresh cheese or black pepper on our pasta, we said yes, he walked away and never came back. We had 4 other instances like that. The hostess was a, well she was not nice and had zero customer service skills. We had reservations and were standing at the hostess stand, she walked past us 4 times without even acknowledging us. We finally asked a waiter about getting a table and they flagged down the hostess. At that point she just seemed annoyed that we were there. Not a very welcoming experience. We had 4 children in our party, the person on charge (owner maybe) brought out a coloring book which was awesome, but only allowed each child 2 crayons/ markers.
