KIX — Restaurant in Sea Isle City

After years of spending summers at a house by Kix and putting up with their loud cover bands who repeat the same songs over and over each week, we decided to check it out. The drinks are overpriced without a semblance of alcohol, so stick to beers and seltzers (though still overpriced).

It would be great if the establishment could show some respect to the neighbors with the music. Especially since it’s moved from once a week to multiple nights and can be heard blocks away.

The only plus side is the servers are...

They have inside & outside seating. They have live bands outside starting @ 5pm & indoor bands starting @ 9pm. Alcohol beverages start at 7$ for beer & up for mixed drinks. They only take cash money for payment. Service was iffy and it took some time for tables to be cleared. Staff was friendly though. It is a family oriented establishment. There was standard bar food available. It was a bit expensive. We didn't eat anything, but everyone else's food smelled & looked good. An overall...

If it was possible to give this place more stars, I would. This is the best establishment in Sea Isle City with awesome drinks, service, and the food is AMAZING (try the penne a la vodka in the off season - it’s unreal)! We always get incredible service from Sergio the waiter and look forward to seeing him every time we are down the shore.
