Dunkin' — Restaurant in Seaford

Always awesome and tasty 😋👌👍 the service is decent my only complaint which is the most important thing is the quantity put into the quality of the product which is basically across the board everywhere and in everything the donuts nowadays and for quite some time now have barely any product inside them along with the size that donuts back in the 70s were twice to three times as big witches and twice as much feeling as well as the price was four times less and nowadays they try to pass off a donut that's dry old not baked in on the premises and has nothing inside I literally have to bite the whole donut just to get one little corner that has cream inside and of course the donuts almost $2 each so why they think it's a fair price for an unfair product nowadays just makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever and yet it's everywhere you go along with the younger generation nowadays all their attitudes are like they don't want to be there they don't offer assistance when you get your bag of product there's never any napkins silverware condiments inside they don't smile and say have a good day they don't ask common Sense questions when you get like just a simple french fry if you want to catch up with that and especially when you go through drive-thrus try to hand you for drinks without a cup holder Jake's expecting you to just hold everything in your freaking days it's just like come on kid do I have to ask you for a couple older I got six drinks here and you see I'm in the car by myself and I know you just said hey sir would you like a cup holder with that baby or are you on America's odd person and you have six arms lmao.all the youth nowadays have not a single drop of common courtesy and them as well as respect or any common sense all I care about is closing that drive-through window to get back on their cell phones or iPad or God only knows...

I have came off and on to this specific location always friendly, quick, and on point! Today was even better, I went in the door, made my way to the register, waited my turn. She was finishing up w a lady as I walked in so I have a norm, I get it at every location specially between 2&6pm, it's a Med Iced Latte, Vanilla Bean (NOT French Vanilla!) After I started the manager, who was the one taking my order, looked up and with a smile, "-whipped cream w/ caramel drizzle on top." "Wow, yeah that's me!" So It made me feel GREAT that after a week or more, and only one visit, she remembered me and knew what I wanted. That's not only great service, that's also wonderful community / neighbor like treatment. Its not only made me feel like a light in a room to be remembered so quickly, but also important. We never know what people are going thru in their hole lives, so a compliment or something of this nature can remind someone they aren't forgotten...

I went to the Dunkin Donuts in Seaford, Delaware this morning to get coffee and a dozen donuts. It was 6:35-6:40 am. The young woman at the cash register snapped at me while I was ordering the donuts. She wanted me to pay before I had finished my order because she was incapable of taking my order and operating the cash register at the same time. The encounter should have been recorded by the interior cameras. I didn’t do anything different from the way I have always ordered coffee and donuts.There should be a way for a customer to order coffee and donuts without being snapped at by a store employee because she is unsure how to do her job and can’t keep a simple order straight in her memory.
