Her name is Bridgette, and she is AMAZING! We visited to location and got two almond milk sugar cookie lattes. After my husband brought them home, I discovered they had been made with water instead of milk. I called over to the location and Bridgette answered the phone. IMMEDIATELY after I explained the situation, she apologized profusely and asked me to please come back so she could refund me or make me new drinks, free of charge. I explained that I was unable to return due to going to work and she quickly responded letting me know it was okay, they would make it right if we could return within a couple days. She said they would make us new drinks or give us a refund and she would make note of it at the register. Apologized again and was so polite and cheery the entire time. The next day, we returned and Bridgette greeted me at the register. She remembered me and apologized, yet again, and then took our new drink orders and upsized them to a venti, on Starbucks.
I cannot explain how overwhelmed I was with the kindness of Bridgette during the entire situation. It almost brought a tear to my eye. The world we are living in is so evil, and she was so kind. I was apprehensive to even call and complain because I was afraid of getting another lackadaisical manager. It is extremely hard to find employees like Bridgette. You are very lucky to have her at your establishment.
Also want to mention that the entire time I was inside, Bridgette was communicating with all her employees and explaining to them their duties, while also reassuring them that if they need anything, they can call on her. THIS IS SO IMPORTANT. I’m positive that a lot of those employees are new, and having someone like her to train them will make a huge difference! Please make sure she gets accolades!
Thank you for always being the...
Read moreNo! Just go somewhere else. My husband bought me 2 tall pikes each with 2 espresso shots, one for the next day because he knew id want my Starbucks. Starbucks coffee is strong anyway so you know I expected it to practically flex on me with 2 added espresso shots. Well neither cup flexed on me. Both were very weak but the worse part is they both made me sick! The texture (or viscosity) was different and they both caused me to be nauseous and have pain. I did not finish the first one on the first day because I did not enjoy it as usual and I started to feel bad. I tried the second the next morning (yesterday) and had an even worse experience. I had to cancel my plans go back home and lay down. It is ridiculous to pay so much for a cup of coffee that will literally make you sick! And extremely disappointing because i do love my Starbucks blackeyes when its made right and not contaminated with anything. I want one right now as i type this out but I don't think we'll be back there anytime soon. Maybe a...
Read moreI drive through Delaware every day coming from Dover back to Salisbury and I swing into the Starbucks in Seaford. Everybody’s always very friendly. There’s certain cold brews that I order that I can’t remember the name but Astor explaining to the person on the other end, they automatically know what I’m talking about and have it ready for me The other day I rolled up there and soon as I got in front of the speaker, the gentleman told me the name of the brew that I wanted before I even said anything that’s how much of a regular I am I can’t remember the name of the people that worked there but they’re always very friendly and helpful but that’s my stop on the way from Dover to Salisbury so if you’re ever down that way, stop in for the most friendly service that you’ll get I usually get a Vente chocolate cold brew, which is really good and they also have a green one after the wicked movie which is super good peppermint and it’s light and it’s very good. Those are the two I...
