McDonald's — Restaurant in Seat Pleasant

I arrived in this mcdonalt on Sunday 09/03/2023 at 11:30 at 14 minutes and at 11:45 they didn't open the window, even though I clicked glass 2/3 times, they came after 5 minutes, and I told me I had my order they say cancel it, they say we can't give it, and when I informed them that there is still no progress, including that I waited here for 30 minutes, they said there is a big order, we are busy, so I asked why the internet accepts this order, no answer, the cars outside are waiting for 15 20 minutes each, the manager inside is not working. he doesn't care about anything he just looks at the screens he can't do anything it's just a waste of time in this workplace the working conditions are not disciplined they all talk inside they all have their backs to the customer a servant of God comes and doesn't say why did you come and what do you want they just want me to cancel the customer is unfair with the customer's money and the food An environment in which the dreams of those who wait are completely ruined, the understanding of business is zero, the skills are zero…. they put them here, there is no design, they are working unwillingly. There are such situations... ….. Do these restaurant employees think that the drivers who come to buy packages are birds!! I wonder if they want us to cancel the meals, don't they think that the driver came there in 15 minutes, wasted gas and waited 15 minutes to say I just have an order, I came to take it, and if he does not receive this order, he will not get paid, he is actually this restaurant staff you will send them to buy food somewhere else you will do the same then maybe moments…. this is second time I post this because for some reason McDonaldS wants to brush it off and delete my review about their crappy MANAGER NOAMI ! ------- Worst place to work at ! My daughter is 16 and constantly has to deal with the manager NOAMI ! mind she looks twice the age as my daughter ! and Gossips like she is in high school slandering a 16 year old . Very unprofessional when confronted she asked to bring my 16 daughter to her face i specifically told her i was the adult and she can have a conversation with me . She got in altercation with my daughter because she was grabbing a drink on shift and sent her home specifically saying " she wasn't in the mood " as a manager we don't get paid to go based off our moods and treat anyone inappropriately or rude especially not someone's child ! Then she decided to tell me and gossip about what other employee say about my child but this is the type of manager McDonalds hire's . She was extremely rude ! will never come to this place again before she decides to spit on my food or disrespect my daughter again ! so i told her to quit before the situation escalates ! McDonalds do better with the people you Hire to be managers especially if they are completely not capable of playing the role and treat...

I went to Mc Donald's and was greeted by a young Spanish guy, who informed me that I could only order from the machine. He placed the order for my grandson. I asked for a salad and he asked me what is that, I spelled it for him and then told him I didn't want the salad. He cancelled the order for my grandson without my knowledge. I went to the register and he took the next person's order. I asked him where is my grandson's food, he said he cancelled it. I asked why and ten they started talking in Spanish. I told the that was rude and I didn't know what they were saying, so I walked out of Mc Donald's. I've been in this neighborhood for 45 years and use to see black teens working there, but not anymore. Everybody deserves a job. Americans are not valued especially our teens. We deserve...
