This was the worst AutoZone I have been to date. I'm almost 50 years old I've been working on my car since I've been 16 and this is the worst experience I've ever had at an auto store. I waited in line patiently to be service by a cashier/Clark. When it was my turn in line I was asked to step to the side so he/clerk can attend to the person that was behind me. I only needed to get the gate unlocked so I can look at the paint. So that means I had to first walk to where the paint was realized there was a sign that you had to get assistance to unlock it. Then go wait into a different line to get the assistance. And then when I got into the line where I was seen; I Was asked to wait some more. But all of this wasn't the worst part. The very worst part, was the fact that the young man that was helping me was talking on his cell phone using profane language the entire time while they were insisting me talking to someone else on their cell phone. (I couldn't even ask a question about the paint because the young man was SO engulfed in his conversation on his cell phone. I couldn't believe it. The young man completely ignored me the entire time. I wish someone would go watch the camera and footage in their stores and do a better job hiring people.) I don't normally leave reviews. But I had to say this. I wanted to complain to the manager. But then I realize the manager was just is unprofessional and ghetto as the other people. I left this store I don't plan on returning. Read moreMy worst experience ever as a Lady Mechanic. I was treated like I was a waste of their precious time. I asked the red shirt guy if they sold flex pipe...I got the standard trifling employee reply, " if you dont see it we aint got it". On the way out I decided to ask the gray shirt older dude who was pretending to be reading, if he could search which store had it. His sigh indicated to me that possibly, I was an interruption of his day. He clicked a few buttons and said "it aint in our system. I went to my car googled it and found that indeed the store had it in stock. I went back in the store a 3rd man with dreads greeted me and ask "may I Help you". Feeling relieved t I showed him the Sku and he pulled it off the shelf. He even went to the shelf and retreived brackets for me. I decided on my own to get some additional extentions and brackets. At this time they are all engaging male customers, I waited my turn which left me to deal with left to deal with the gray shirt who by now is obviously atitudinal because I am now purchasing the product that he and the red shirt claimed they didnt have. I asked if he was the manager...he responded "one of em" I said "I wish yall would be more tolerant with Ladies. Got my receipt and left. From now on I will stick with the stores that have women...

So I said , I need to refill, lol. That’s two second and I’m done.. He said, what’s the model? When I had a stroke, it’s better for the numbers my phone. They had account. So he know I need something. He said, “ You’re playing I don’t have time!. So he don’t serve me. That’s fine. I will take that it’s a bad day and it’s no problem.
But the problem is it’s a lot of people. But he talking for me, said I playing games. And then he cussed. I said, “Be quiet”. I’m not sure why he’s angry but he is. Then he tried to push the cart. That is assaulted. I don’t care I can talk. I never loud. I’m trying to pay for whatever.
The manager, he did this discount. We talk to you secure and I say I need the video. The manager (Derek J) said they don’t have the video. We’ll talked for secure and they have the video.
