China Chef Carryout(Mamasons) — Restaurant in Seat Pleasant

Used to rate as 5 now i drop it to 3. I always order spicy shrimp and garlic sauce and it's always good but today their was no sauce in it and when I took it back she said I'm supposed to tell them extra saice....UM NO I Never say extra sauce it just always comes with alot of sauce shrimp and garlic sauce hello? So why all of a sudden it has no sauce in it and then u tell me that I should of ordered extra sauce when it's supposed to come with sauce in it????? Then on top of that they didn't even recook it they just added sauce so by the time I got home the 2nd time around my rice and egg roll was cold as f* and who doesn't recook an order when they mess it up? u don't just add to it, by that time the fooD is cold and not fresh anymore.....I've worked in food industry....so unprofessional and lazy....they do not care about the customer at all!!!! It's so hard to find a good...

P praise God the name of Jesus Christ China chef has been very disrespectful they had some good food ,at one time.. but they were very disrespectful.. don't even respect the minister man of God ,,you called them, and just let them know, that they shorted you or they food didn't look right and they cuss you out ,treat you real bad.. treat you like you're nothing,, like they can just take your money and just talk to you any kind of way don't appreciate there customers,, don't value there customers ,thats not right...have no professionals ways .I'm going to be real no matter what....they Rong& need to improve.impress me .if I ever buy from...

The flavor of their Mambo sauce is nasty and doesnt taste like mambo sauce...I didn't grow up here and I've been trying them around the dmv and theirs tastes nothing like mambo sauce at all...also the wings are good tasting but they are always on the dry side....the steak n cheese rolls barely have any cheese and the meat isn't very juicy either but I'll probably go back they fry their fries nice and crispy and I don't like to make my own lunches for work....please work on the mambo sauce though it's too pineapple and acidic it should be sweet or sweet and...
