I called on a Wednesday evening around 6 PM to placed an order. I spoke with a lady. Not sure if she was the one from about a year back.She told me "hold please." I did ....she then kept me on hold for over 15 minutes. Wow I thought. When she finally got to me after overhearing her take about 4-5 orders ahead of me, She took my order. She seemed to be overloaded .. When i finally had her attention I "asked her the prices" on for various items?? I settled on my side to go wit' the chicken wings. She told "22.00" then told me to have "cash only" when the driver comes, and to "be outside" and "to be on the be lookout." I confirmed with her "okay" I waited for over 2 hours and some change, for the order. So I decided to call her back. She told me that I told her that "I did not want to place an order" which was a lie. That to me condescending and rude. Another red flag . Yes it was the "lie" told to me about what I said and what we agreed on for me.... NP... I will never order or spend my dollars with them again. She repeatedly lied to me after she told me "Fud' on way". She repeatedly kept telling me ,that I told her, that I..."did not want the oder fud' " She then gave me a very stern, ultimatum, in very nasty toneof voice "DO YOU WANT ORTA' FOOD YES OR NO!" My reply was the "sound of da' dial tone!" That type of service is a No for me. There was no way I would ever trust her/them cooking or delivering food or any ting' else I "DECLINED" Yuk! Nasty! Worst place to eat and it needs to be shut down immediately number one $28 and some odd sense okay I have what shrimp and broccoli small white rice I have a small fried rice shrimp fried rice and 10 supposedly honey BBQ wings with fried rice but it came with Mumbo Sauce I'm two egg rolls that I got for free that was drenched in oil and was just dripping out of it and who could eat that the beef and broccoli was disgusting no taste whatsoever it was just I don't know what's the world is going on the wings that I had wings that were cut in half and the leg part look big as hell but those were supposed to be wingettes I'm confused like the food was f** disgusting I'm so mad that I can't get in my car and take it back up to you so I can get my $28 back and y'all are taking people money okay you're charging $2.75 for delivery but your delivery driver saying that you're charging $2 for delivery fee an ur saying the some so I'm confused on which one it is so either way you're stealing money out of people Pocket then they don't even realize it and that's not going to work with me so I'mma have to take this a little bit further then talkin to you or to a manager or somebody else because u taking people money and you should not be......food not fresh at all....need be close down...health...

I've ordered from this establishment for years (w/o any major issues; the lady there has always been nice, we've even met before; although there's been a bit of a difference when only the men have been there 😊 ijs) but it's obvious that things have changed in the past few months or so & not for the better. Even looking at the food let me know that but after tasting bland shrimp fried rice, watery egg drop soup along w/other unmentioned things that happened already (i.e. green (on the inside) tomatoes in my salad, forgotten items that weren't replaced, etc.) I've come to the conclusion that I can't continue to pay for such inconsistency (it took even longer to gather the nerve to post this). As someone who's on a fixed income, this is usually a treat for me, but upon receiving my order tonight apparently I'll have to spend my money elsewhere.

Sad it didn't work out but there are Chinese carryouts practically on every corner in DC & I'll search and hopefully find a new one before next month.🤷🤞
