If you don’t like spread such as butter, pate, mayo then this is the banh mi for you.
I always order the classic ham combo (A3) as my baseline for and banh mi places. I found the Sandwich kinda dry based on the lack of spread inside. They give it a dash of soy sauce/fish sauce that’s about it. Because of that you can taste more of the vegetables. Meat seemed rationed. I feel like someone that likes a cleaner healthy tasting sandwich would like this style. I like mine smothered in pate and other spreads personally. Also it’s weird to r meat is extra extra cold when I got it toasted to go. Grabbing it with the wrapper on to the car I could feel the meats were particularly cold. I’m sure it’s because of good refrigeration but the contrast between toasted bread and super cold meat seemed weird but I’m being picky any this point. (I just came from eating another banh mi) so it was fresh in my mind.
This place is open until 8 which most banh mi places close around 5. I would stick to Q bakery in the area or Tony’s.
They did seem to have some combos I don’t see in the area and the ability to add an egg or avocado too which is something you don’t see everywhere. Lemon grass chicken banh mi as well.
There is 4 stools for show but you can’t really sit there because the door opens into 2 of stool or there’s knick backs and plants in the way. I would make some covered outdoor seating if I was them. There’s a picnic table but not well thought out.

(I struggle to find other places that don’t include all three together on every sandwich without extra costs.) The amount of meat that you get for each sandwich is fantastic and I don’t mind paying a little extra for additional meat as well. The drinks have always been great too! The fruit teas can be pretty sweet at 100% but you can always request to lessen it like other boba shops.
I’ve also had their Nem Nướng Cuốn which is great! In addition, I’ve ordered catering from them and it was amazing. I ordered a small tray of Nem Nướng Cuốn which would feed probably 10-15 people and it was nicely wrapped with lots of peanut sauce to spare. I also ordered a few pounds of their crispy pork which they chopped up for me when I arrived to pick it up. Everything was fresh and delicious 🩷
You do have the call and pay in advance of picking it up (which is totally understandable). Every time I’ve been here with different employees, everyone has always been nice. I hope one day soon they can get online ordering worked out! I’ve only been able to successfully order online once but I think the website is broken or...

Namely the Banh mi heo quay (roasted pork) only seems to be offered here. There is even an avocado and egg Banh mi too! Of course you have your standard delicious Banh mi thit nuong.
They offer an expansive list of boba as well. My family ordered a large variety including honeydew, brown sugar, and even pink butterfly (green tea, strawberry, and other components). Each drink could be customized with different jellies.
5 banh mis and four bobas for around 60 bucks in total?...
