Utter disappointment with the quality of management at this branch.
Looking to score a deal, I browsed online and saw the pick 2 for $5.99 deal. At no point did my order state that my pan crust or traditional wing selection would incur a surcharge. So when I arrived at the Domino's. I asked if they could change the price to reflect the coupon advertised.
The kid at the register tried but was perplexed. So a more seasoned staff came over and looked at the screen. He mentions it was because the upgrades you selected. My response was that the coupon didn't exclude these items and listed them as available items... anyways, that's when the manager came over and without defusing the situation. Just goes off and states how "she's been there 11 years and while the coupon doesn't say it. She can guarantee the commercials do 1000%" in the most confrontational condescending tone one can mustard. I responded that I don't own a TV and haven't seen the commercials but she continued with her attempted rhetoric of how to use the coupon.
The second guy I chatted with tried to joke around with me about how the website does sneak in extra charges and had he been the only one there. The issue would have been a moot point and I would have just paid my extra fees. But the woman kept speaking.
Quite shocked by her brashness. I could feel myself wanting to argue with this woman. Instead, I tried to remove myself for this terrible situation as this woman continued to yell across the store at me.
You can clearly see it with the employees that this manager does not lead by example but rather leads by it's her way or the highway.
I wouldn't be surprised if they have a very high turnover rate at this chain if this is the caliper of leadership they have running this branch.
I didn't catch her name but can only assume it's "Karen" with how she treats customers and her staff.

However the staff tonight was very hostile and the health code violations alone were atrocious, as any eat in location which is truly a very rare and amazing open as way of a pizzeria and to be able to have a nice and affordable meal with children and or friends: the immature and catty mentality of this staff would make it one that would negate the other accommodations . The only female staff member tonight was not wearing gloves and the hand pressed and overly fingered pizza crust as she explained to her coworker that she was waiting on a text from a roommate about some drama that was taking precedence over her ability to handle food preparation properly, I had planned on making a dessert purchase but started to feel sick and nauseated , this had very little to do with the mishandling of the food preparation process however had a lot to do with the overall experience that many others were experiencing as well, and her inability to handle the situation and or guest experience was the deciding factor of why I was not comfortable to continue with a purchase . The fact is that the bathroom has a code 1956# is code and she had gotten quite rude about it being available for customers only , however if I would have vomited on the floor of the restaurant I would have assumed her snarky and inappropriate screaming about it how I said I was going to buy something would have been quite different.

Read moreTonight 12/11/18 is the first night since I've been living in this state now year and ordering from this particular Domino's location that I've had such horrible customer service from both the delivery driver this driver is named Brian and the manager from the location tonight that I unfortunately don't recall his name. But Brian was really rude to me on the phone and when I called the manager to give my complaint he said Brain was having a bad day I told him that is no excuse to treat someone rude and the manager he cut me off in the middle of my sentence and said that I don't have time to listen to your complaint because I'm the only manager here if you want to complain go place one in corporate because I don't have time to listen to you. I just hung up the phone at this point because this is legit the worst customer service I've ever had in the 30 years of my life never again will I use this Domino's service because of these two individual just because you're having a bad day doesn't mean the person who was on the phone with you who didn't do anything to you deserves your rude behavior and for a manager to dismiss somebody in a middle of a complaint and tell them that they don't have time to listen to them is beyond me I'm so disgusted.
