Parkwood Plaza — Local services in Shoreline

Has very specialized stores, not the "average" strip mall. The store's that are there are mostly great ones, but you usually only go there for a particular store. Layout is a bit confusing, as there are store's in every direction and a huge Safeway on the upper section. I love Sherwin Williams, Joanne's fabric is huge, and the copy/shipping store. Has a weird freestanding Starbucks, that was just built after demoing the previous building. Seems like a huge waste of money, time and materials, just to make a prettier Starbucks that...

We stopped here looking for felting supplies.

The store was a not in order snd only 1-staff person available at the register. I would encourage Corporate to provide more staff, clean the store up or close.

We ended up continuing on to the Lynnwood location which was delightful, well organized and plenty of staff to assist in-store...

How is this establishment still open? Has anyone from their corporate headquarters come to visit this place? Do a secret customer visit? Employees dressed in street clothes and no name tags. The prices are off the chart $4 for one slice of toast? Really? The building is falling apart and it's filthy inside and out....
