Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Shoreline

I had my pizza ordered as a delivery through the app ahead of time. It was a Double Play special but got half veggie pizza and half pepperoni/mini pepperoni with potato wedges, a 2 liter drink, and a new small size on the dessert that I have never seen before on the menu. We already ate a bit of the pizza and potato wedges, but can tell it wasn’t what I expected. I’m a regular at this round table pizza location and I’d expect it to be the same kind of quality every single time.

I’m sad that there were only 3 options for 2 liter soda and wished there was a 2 liter root beer on a Saturday night.

I’ve noticed that there were many errors with the order and deeply dissatisfied and disappointed with the result as well. No pizza toppers, no parchment on the dessert pizza (which could have easily burned the delivery person), and no green onions on the potato wedges with little amount of parmesan cheese. The potato wedges tasted way too salty as well. The dessert pizza under-topped with the streusel topping overcooked. The dressing wasn’t creamy and texture was watery as if it was made the same day. The dessert pizza box was fairly damaged on the top as well.

To make matters worse I get a notice of the receipt requiring a signature. What other chain requires this on a pre-paid pre-tipped pizza order?! I already authorized the transaction. No need to tip twice here!

Personally, I love this pizza chain but I would not order again if this...

My roommate & I went to Round Table to give it a try We ordered buffet. OMG it cost us 30 bucks to choke down discussing cheap ingredients they call food .There were acouple of old looking pizzas out .I ask the lady behind the counter if she could make at least 1 fresh pizza but she said no I had to eat what was layer out on there so called buffet I did take acouple of pieces that didn't look to dried out and noticed the meat wasn't covering the whole pizza just towards the middle.The picess I did try the thinly sliced was dried out and unable to eat it.I also had a salad it was ok but the ingredients u buy r of cheap quality and its not at all worth 30 bucks for what was charged on my roommates debt card. The only other complaint I have is I ask the lady behind the counter to change the seaarra mist and she said ok I will go look at it but when she came back she walked right by me. I went back to the pop and machine but she hadn't fixed the issue so I ended up just drinking water which I didn't mind but I did mind she ignored me like I didn't matter She was,a big girl with dark hair and maybe she needs...

Finally a Round Table close to home! I've enjoyed Round Table pizza for many years, but always had to travel a bit to get to a store. I really enjoy the lunch buffet, though I am getting too old to really do it justice. Maybe a discounted one-trip price would be a good idea for us older, whimpier eaters?

Very friendly staff, and a clean store - as it should be since it is almost brand new.

UPDATE‐ I really want to support this newer establishment, but they are going to have to improve the lunch buffet significantly. We spent an hour there, and while I enjoyed my salad, I had only two small slices of old, cold pepperoni pizza in that entire time. Everyone in the place was watching and hovering waiting for ANYTHING to come out of the kitchen, to no avail. We even asked someone bussing tables if/when something might come out and she sheepishly said she had requested more to be put out. Maybe they were trying to avoid the riot that would have happened if all 15 of us hungry diners had descended on one pizza at the same time.
