Pretty good, the shredded lettuce and cheese they use kind of evoke Taco Bell but with taco truck fillings for the rest of it. Not necessarily a bad thing just a bit different. Good salsa, Al pastor is good, chicken tinga and chorizo are decent, carne asada is ok, gorditos are a nice change of pace and tasty. I think the rice and beans could use some seasoning but not a big deal. The peas in the guac are an interesting choice. Not huge burritos but at least it's not loaded with rice.
