This was excellent! Apparently just opened, which makes sense because I have looked for good salad spots in our neighborhood in the past and came up empty. I got the Chop Chop salad and it was so good. Very hearty, good toppings-to-greens ratio. They’re pretty big—I ate about a third for lunch and will save the rest. The man at the register was very friendly and helpful. I liked that the menu wasn’t massive—not so overwhelming, and everything in my salad was fresh and good quality. Solid takeout style place focused on intricate salads with thoughtful ingredients. I had the Caesar salad and it was legit. They said they just opened yesterday (8/13), so they’re only offering 4 types of salads, but will unlock the rest of their salad menu as they get more staff trained.
