McDonald's — Restaurant in Sebring

The year of this review is 2025 this old McDonald's has just been rebuilt and updated thank you for ruining such a good restaurant McDonald's there used to be all kinds of people in and out of here everyday every night but now it's a ghost town the new remodeling there's hardly anywhere to sit down and eat and for the older people and some other people who want to take an order with a live person they now have to use a computer kiosk and for a lot of people that's a turn off they don't just give up and leave and go somewhere else.

Whoever the Indian is that thought about making this a more up-to-date place they made it like the one in Avon park it sucks as much as this one does you can't get up and get a refill on your drink you have to ask someone when you can get someone's attention when they feel like coming up to the counter and you have to wait a long time to get your food the overall experience is the worst I've seen in a long time.

McDonald's you have taken a great restaurant and have turned it into trash you're going to lose all of your business because no one wants to put up with this guff when they can easily go somewhere else get better service and probably better food I think Ronald McDonald would be Pissed.

There were several people came in looking for a booth that would accommodate them one guy was sitting at a booth in the back taking the entire booth up to put the laptop he had on the table and the family of four had nowhere to sit because this guy was hugging this one booth he could have easily sat at one of the smaller places but no that would've been too good what did they do they left and went somewhere else.

Talk about small booths small tables and small chairs what if the grimace came in here and tried to sit down and eat he couldn't squeeze his fat rear end in one of those little tiny chairs and then there would probably be a fight between him and hamburglar how's the hamburglar can sit anywhere he wants all he has to do is just steal the seat'cause he's a burglar you know you get it? Anyway the bottom line is McDonald's if you want your business back you need to put it back the way it was and quit messing up a good thing and put your drink mountain back in so you don't have to wait in line while your food gets cold just to ask someone that really doesn't care at all anyway to give you a refill.

Along this subject this has been a joke that I have heard for many many years why did Ronald McDonald and the Burger King get into a fist fight? Because they were fighting over Wendy's hot and juicy I won't...

The absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been in. When my friend and I arrived we were pulled out of line to use a kiosk to expedite our service my friend paid with a credit card and went to a table to wait for his food. I elected to play with cash and was told to get back in line to pay. Now five people add gotten ahead of me in the line they only had one register open and the lady running it said something was wrong with it and walked away and went outside. When I asked for help another lady came over looked at the register and said that it was locked and only the lady who just went outside could unlock it. I went to the door and asked the lady to come back in which she do. I second lady told her to check me out but she started taking another customer's order At this time I threw my receipt down and cancelled my order. I then joined my friend in the dining room. He had received his food order witch was wrong. He returned to the counter to try to get it corrected to no avail. We both told what appeared to be a manager that this we the worst service we had ever seen the manager just shrugged. We both got up and left even though my friend had already paid for his food he just left it setting on the table. We'll never be back in this...

First off you advertise frozen Coke. No matter what time of day you come into the store it seems like the machine is always defrosting. They never have frozen cokes. The people at the drive-through never know if they have frozen cokes or not. So you end up sitting in line waiting till you get up to get your food to find out that you cannot have the drink you want. They also tried to give me a big Mac with no lettuce on it, which I didn’t order that way. Then when I got to the window and found out that they did not have my drink, I asked for a refund. I was told I had to come inside to get my money back. Employee got caught upset with me when I looked at him and said I didn’t come inside to give you my money so I’m not coming inside to get my money back. Have visited this location several times. Was hopeful that when they remodeled it, they would get a new crew who knew what they were doing, but apparently that was not the case. Customer service here has always been lacking in the three years that I’ve been here. It seems pretty amazing that the McDonald’s in North Sebring is always fine. The McDonald’s in Lake Placid is always fine but this one is always terrible. Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to for service and friendliness...
